On a whim, i went here to get a dress. I did not know that you needed an appointment, they actually had some time and availability and they got me in right then. All of the ladies were great, fun to talk with not offended in the least about a dress I did not like. My experience was incredible, down to earth, the shop was immaculate dressing rooms were comfortable and just as clean.
They referred me to a taylor they use in freehold mall( Pete the tailor). I went there, everyone was fine nice they pinned my dress and back in a week for pick up. I went to pick it up and my fault I should have tried the dress on right then and checked it over, lesson learned, however I did not. I got home and opened the bag and took out the dress to find about 5-6 bead were off on the one side of the top of the dress. I immediately went back. I showed the woman who was at the front she took out my ticket and then she said it was like that when I bought it from the store. Sometimes when you buy things from the store you do not notice. I told her I spent x amount of money on a dress I would not buy a dress that was missing beading off the top, nor do I think a store of that stature would sell a dress like that. She then told me they just touched the bottom not the top so it was not their fault. I told her that she needed to fix the beading and she told me it would be 5 dollars a bead! Needless to say that experience did not end in anyone favor. I left a message at the store what happen to let them know not to refer to a place who is going to say such things when they spoke so highly of them. Not expecting any return call but Christine called me today and she told me the owner did in fact go to the mail to speak with them, she told me when ever I wanted to bring the dress in they would fix the beading. So not only was it not their fault for any of this but as caring humans and being very good business people they made it right for me. Now I may never go any place that I may wear a dress like that again but if the event I do I would hands down buy from them and refer them to anyone wanting a knock out killer dress. By the way drive by when you get a chance they have an awesome window front!

WORST PEOPLE, WORST PLACE, WORST EXPERIENCE. I went in to buy a gown for a family wedding. Only wanted to spend max 1,000.. of course they pushed for more. Brought me hideous gowns in my price range. Ended up spending 1,400 after being bullied into purchasing it day of. Of course they wouldn't allow for me to think about it and kept uncomfortably pushing me. Then they told me they needed to keep it and replace beads. They call me one week after and told me to come get the dress. I came 4 days later and they wouldn't allow me inside of the store to pick up my gown. They told me to wait in my car, after 45 minutes I called the store 3x and watched as they ignored my calls due to the whole place being mainly windows. I decided to dispute the charge due to the "service" I received by the way they spoke to me and for holding my dress that I had already paid in full for, hostage. I then received a call late March because I disputed the charge. The "manager" or lack of, told me that I never came to get the dress. When I explained that I did and they ignored me, she then told me I was incompetent and knew nothing. Followed by her hanging up on my face. It's actually comical how horrible these women are and how horrible this place is. Never again will I shop here or ever recommend this place. In fact, I will continue to tell my story until this place is out of business in hopes to save everyone from being bullied and feeling unsafe. It's a horrific place with even more horrific people. They pride themselves in costumer service, what an actual joke. Save your money, their dresses are horrid anyway.

I wouldn't recommend this dress store to my worst enemy. If I could give it a zero, I would. The lack of professionalism was glaring from the moment I walked in. They completely shut down any ideas I had, showing no interest in my style or inspiration. The staff were not only rude but downright disrespectful, dismissing my input.
The whole appointment felt rushed, like they couldn't wait to get me out the door. If you're in the area and need a dress recommendation, do yourself a favor and head to Hearts For You Bridal in Manalapan. They actually listen to their customers and treat them with respect!!!

All they care about is $$$$$…they let women of all ages leave their store in the most unflattering dresses/gowns. Really, truly, honestly…they are all about the $$$$$. (Go to Castle Couture for a much better selection, professional customer service and overall shipping experience!)

I would give 0 if I could! Not accommodating at all! Was shown only 3 dresses within my budget I guess $600 was too low of a budget. Took my $$ elsewhere. Complete waste of time!

Horrible experience…..I called Diane and Company to make an appointment for my daughter and her best friend to look for prom gowns. I was told that my daughter was welcome to come but her friend was not since I am not her parent. I then explained that my daughter's friend's mother is a single Mom and has to work on the weekends and could not come. After an extremely stressful back and forth which included me asking such questions as “what if my daughter's friend didn't have a parent or what if they had no transportation “ finally we were granted an appointment. Keep in mind I also offered to sign a waiver.
My daughter woke up today with signs of COVID ( after an exposure) her appointment was supposed to be for tomorrow. Although I was informed of their very strict cancelation policy I for sure thought they would make an exception for COVID! I was trying to be a good person and not infect their store. I was told ( very rudely) that under no circumstances do they make exceptions ( including car accidents, COVID and family emergencies ) and that my debit card will be charged 50.00. My family does not have a lot of money. My daughter and I both worked very very hard to save money so that she could purchase her dream prom dress. I now have a very upset 17 year old and 50.00 less in my back account. I really pray this dehumanizing display stops with my family….I would hate to have others go through this.

OMG, this store is freakin AMAZING!!! If you want a unique stunning designer prom, sweet 16 or formal dress, please visit them, and you will not be disappointed. I wish I had found them sooner. The owners and staff are incredible. Liz, I'm sorry I gave you a hard time, but you are a gem. I can't wait to pick up my daughters dress up. We will definitely be back for future purchases. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

Disappointed! My wife went in on a scheduled appt and tried on several dresses. She narrowed it down to 2 dresses, left the stylist a tip, and made an appt to come back and try them on again. My 9 year olds football game got moved to the same time and my wife felt guilty to miss it, so 5 hours short of the full 48 hour cancellation period due to her being at work as a teacher, she called to move the appt. Not cancel it. We were given the stupidest excuse ever. The system is automated and if we don’t make it, it will charge us 50 bucks for a no show. But “don’t worry if you come back in and buy the dress, we can credit it.” A stupid solution would be to mark her down as being there before the “ auto no show “ kicked in and supposedly caused that. Obviously we could just come in next week buy one of the two she loved and save the 50. But in this case, I’m going to have my wife come to her child’s game, what life’s really about, eat the 50 bucks, and start the dress shopping process all over again, someplace else. Make no mistake about it, I’m all about charging a fee if you don’t respect someone else’s time, but in this case it was a second visit and we called with ample notice so they could rebook that time slot for a new client. I could go on further but I own two businesses and am being as respectful as possible .

From a man's point of view....way too many loud women there....but I have to say, its a great place to get a woman a gorgeous gown. Great customer service, very attention, very friendly, very expensive....
