I had the pleasure of working with Julia. It was one of the best experiences I ever had working with a dealership. She was genuine and was interested in my needs and wants while selecting a new vehicle. She was a great listener and didn't to upsell at every turn which made me very comfortable with making the deal to by a new Subaru. Julia is amazing and the car is pretty nice too. :-)

I'm about 80 miles from there, but I drove the distance to go to Victory Subaru. Their prices on used cars definitely beat the Subaru dealers in my area of New York by a couple thousand dollars. Ended up ordering a new Crosstrek Wilderness-as the Forester Wilderness feels too large; after driving Hyundai Accents since 1997. For the price, you get a lot of great features and off-road/snow capability for your money. Also, I REALLY appreciate my salesman, Jon Sisco's SUGGESTIONS versus hard sell of financing through the dealership. I have had terrible experiences with OTHER dealerships in the past, with regard to financing. (Like being bait in a shark tank). Going through my credit union this time. So far-great experience! Will update in the future.

Had a scheduled oil change at Subaru and I arrived promptly on time to learn they changed their process where someone now greets you at the door to take your key and leads you to a room full of people and tells you to wait and someone will call your name. After 10 minutes of watching 3 employees sit around and BS I heard my name called and I walked up to a counter where a woman looked at me and said "oh I was just getting to your paperwork please have a seat". I told her I had somewhere to be and asked what else needed to be completed before I left and her tone changed and she got rude and told me to have a seat and she'll call my name when she's ready .. which is weird because if she has my paperwork and she's working on it why do I need to go and have another seat? It's almost been 10 minutes at this point--while many of the employees were standing around doing nothing. So I went to go sit down again but then realized that this place charges entirely too much money to be late and rude on top of it. I took my keys and left. This place is right around the corner from me and very convenient but no reason to deal with that kind of attitude.

I just purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from Victory Subaru. Pleased with the vehicle once the dealer completed a few things necessary to make the sale happen. Our salesperson, Bilal, was very friendly and efficient in his dealings with me and my wife. F & I manager Craig completed the paperwork making our purchase quick and easy. The sales manager Alex was also very pleasant. All in all, our experience at Victory Subaru was very pleasant compared to other dealerships.

Purchased a Crosstrek from. Bilal last week. I haven't been to a dealership in the last 10 years so I immediately thought "oh boy here we go". Quickly realized this is a nice family owned dealership and NOT an auto-mall type place at all. Bilal was very attentive and after the purchase took me on a tour of the facility and sent me on my way. My wife is planning on coming in at the end of the summer when her lease is up. She likes my new Subaru that much. 10/10

Received the attached response from the dealership which only strengthens my case and original impression. I never once disputed the reason why I was not able to get my car that day. What I argued is that the way the situation unfolded was entirely mishandled by the dealership. Their lack of organization and timeliness in getting approval from the bank wasted me weeks of my time and the way in which they "broke the news" was humiliating and rude. They came across extremely condescending, unhelpful, and displayed zero empathy. They indicate that the deal they offered me was only $1.30 extra per day. I do not feel like going through the math to determine if that's accurate or not, nor do I really care because the point is that they offered me a finance plan for longer terms than I wanted the car for (72 months), for $80 extra per month ($480) on a $26,000 sedan... original lease offer was $400 per month for 3 years. The dealership's complete tone deaf response does not take into account the additional monthly hardship that their "generous" deal would pose for a working class customer and it was not the original offer they promised. If they were unsure they should have conferred with the bank ahead of time. I am sure that this could not have taken more than a few minutes. They decide to put their focus on the bank not approving my deal rather than on their poor management of the situation - again their only interest is money. It's nice to poke fun at other people's hardship as long as it makes you look good. Sadly for them it only makes them look worse. Good riddance!

Purchased our 2022 car @ this dealership. Today we went for a servicing-oil change & tire rotation, was told on the phone it would take about an hour. When we arrived said that wipers should be looked at & recommended that they be replaced. They also said that we should do a wheel alignment since it was more than a year that it had been done. Agreed but asked how much time was needed, told it would take a total of 1 1/2 hrs. for the work. Had to return to work. It was 2 hrs. before we were done. We had a 7:30 appt., arrived by 7:20 but the car was not taken in till 7:50. Why? The manager said that certain mechanics work on certain areas of the car. Didn't know that an appt. doesn't mean anything, should be clear as to when mechanics will commence work on your car. Should coordinate work so that all work is completed in a timely manner. We are travelling 1 hr. from our home to have the car serviced & to have it maintained under warranty agreement. We seemed to be the second customer to arrive & many others came & went before we were done. Also noticed that items in our glove compartment were moved. Our previous experiences with the service dept. were good & timely.

Dealing with Victory Subaru has been a miserable experience. I leased a new vehicle two months ago. I was informed that my salesperson "was no longer with them". I was shuffled to another salesperson, who although friendly, never followed through when I inquired about getting my new license plates. Now two months later, and about to obtain my third temporary license plate, I still get the run-around. No one returns my calls. I am dealing now with Chris, the supervisor, who doesn't follow through on my simple request for plates. He also doesn't return my calls. This has been a nightmare- DO NOT USE THIS DEALERESHIP!!- Save yourself a lot of heartbreak.P.S. I still don't have my plates.

Found a great certified used Forester for a great price and in amazing condition! Bilal was professional, friendly and very informative about the car. Before we test drove he walked us around the car and took his time showing us all the features, which typically doesn't happen at other dealerships.

Horrible service. Took the car with the engine light on. They flushed the ECM and changed the oil. They said they inspected the car. But they let me drive my car without any brake pads left. They said nothing about such a major safety issue. Three days later, the brakes are metal to metal. We got that fixed, obviously at another shop. 10 days later, the engine light is on again. We find out that the engine is covered in oil. Guess what they added an extra quart of oil. This is unbelievable. It feels unreal how bad service they are.

This review is for the service department exclusively. I was so nervous to go to a new dealer and was worried about getting ripped off. Normally I go to a different Subaru dealer but they're 35 minutes away. Out of nowhere I got a check engine light on my car and I was concerned about driving it to my regular place. My regular dealer couldn't see me for a few days. I contacted Victory because they're super close by and they fit me in the next day. The service manager Jana was excellent. She was patient and explained everything thoroughly. Victory even caught some things that my previous dealer should have done or told me about and never did. She went above and beyond to try to get me in the best situation possible. I ended up having to leave my car there because a part had to be ordered and I was panicking because I was starting a new job that week. She managed to get me a loaner vehicle, a brand new 2022 Forester (that I fell in love with) while the part got ordered. She only charged me for one visit and one extended warranty claim instead of two (which is what she said she normally has to do). When I had questions about repairs, she went to my car and took pictures to show me what needed to be done. I spoke to my neighbor a former mechanic and made sure all the repairs were legitimate and needed. My car ended up being done a day early too. Even though I was sad to give up the loaner, I was thrilled to have my car back. I feel I was charged reasonable prices compared to Subaru dealerships and they did a great job. The bonus exterior car wash is a nice touch. I'll probably come back here again. Something to note: if you come in and get diagnostics and DONT get a repair, they charge you a diagnostic fee. If you get service done with them, the diagnostic fee is waived.

The service department is terrible. Could not possibly be any worse. Colossal rip-off and zero communication. They run way behind schedule, don't call when the car is done, don't call you back, keep you on hold forever and then disconnect you. They oversell unnecessary services and then way overcharge. They completely destroyed the exterior of our car. Residue splashed all over the exterior. When we called they said to send pictures and then no one got back to us. Absolutely unacceptable. Do NOT bring your car here for service.
