Buying a home should be a personal and wonderful experience; however, our journey was anything but pleasant. It turned out to be the most challenging buying process we could have imagined. From our initial interactions with the United team realtors to the discouraging experiences with the broker, we never felt that we were on the right track or had the right support for our purchase. Our positive experiences were few and far between. We barely met our primary realtor, perhaps only twice, if that. Surprisingly, our realtor was absent during our final walk thru & closing, leaving us to manage everything ourselves. Furthermore, he wasn't the one who showed us the home we eventually purchased. We closed on our dream home mainly because we did all the legwork, including finding the property. When we needed access, we had to request assistance from our realtor, who then sent his colleagues to help. Our experience wasn't only the lack of presence with our realtor, but our main issue was with the disrespectful broker who was expected to handle our loan and closing. The broker recommended by our realtor came as a package. The broker was from a company called "Cross Country Mortgage." The broker actually verbally disrespected my wife and that was all for me. I won't share what was said, but it was disrespectful and threatening where we felt like we were being forced to process everything with United Real Estate and Cross Country mortgage or else. We were forced to again do our own leg work and reach out to another lender who assisted us and closed our beautiful home. I guess, our realtors didn't like that and must be the reason they wasn't present for our closing. In any case, I write this to share my experience as you can tell not fair. I really hope when you are searching for the right people to handle something as important as buying a home. You find the right people to have your back. They should feed you the right information and guide you through the process effortlessly.Indeed, in a world filled with online platforms and opportunities to share experiences, one might expect companies to excel. However, the quality of content can vary widely due to factors like individual communication skills, motivation, and purpose. It's important for companies to continuously improve their professional communications and make the most of these online opportunities to better their service.Good luck & Thanks for taking your time to read my experience.

Keep getting unsolicited spam text message from Silvio Gonzalez about selling my home. Very shady business practices.

Anya Wedderburn was simply an amazing buyer's agent! Her exceptionally high level of dedication, commitment and customer service were second to none! On one occasion, we viewed 8 houses in one day. The client's satisfaction is her top priority. I highly recommend her for your next home buying experience. And if she is your agent, you are the luckiest buyer.

Ilona Bruzda caters to her race. I was the first one to contact her on a property, I saw the property but she ignored me after and gave the contracts to people who went after me I was told by a realtor. That is illegal practice and I will file a complaint with the real estate commission. That is prejudice!

Tony Laurita helped my husband and I find our first home. We looked at many house for many months, but he was patient with my husband and I even when we couldn’t agree. We called and txted him constantly as our sale ended up being complicated. He was always accessible and informative as we didn’t know anything beforehand. We can not recommend Tony enough for your real estate needs!

Joining United is the best decision I've ever made and I can never look back. The structure here is amazing and just when you think it can't get any better it does!

Andy Gonzalez is a superb agent. During the recent sale of my parents’ house in Fair Lawn, NJ my siblings and I all lived out of state. Andy personally met every inspector and repairman, went to the store to pick up incidentals like updated fire alarms, etc., and made himself available by phone, text, and email day or night, 7 days a week. He is an absolute pleasure to talk to, knowledgeable, and resourceful. He has my unqualified recommendation!
