Worse pharmacy ever. Automated system call 100 times. You seat there order come to the pharmacy the order was never processed because the system called to early.

So I don't usually write these because I find them unnecessary. But my experience with the store manager here was just absolutely ridiculous. I believe her name was heather and she was just god awful. Terrible customer service from her which was surprising since the other workers were friendly and very helpful. But heather was just so rude I WILL NOT BE BACK!! I hope they get this problem under control or this store is as good as nothing and there was another I believe shift leader that had terrible hygiene terrible professionalism. They need to get it together!

I like that this location is more on the quiet side. You don't have to worry about the store being swamped with people. The staff is friendly. I typically use the photo department; order online and pick up in store. I also love that you're able to drop off fedex packages at this location.

Cashiers are the worst lately. The young women they have at the register are nothing but nasty. The rudeness was presented right in front of the "general manager" yet she just stood there. Poor excuses for workers. Never had a problem with the pharmacy.

Went for my first COVID shot today...my first time in this particular Walgreens and they totally knocked it out of the park. The store was spotless, the cashier said hello when I walked in, the pharmacy was right on time with my appointment and every single person was polite, professional and genuinely seemed to like working there. Will done, Fair Lawn! Please spread that love to the Oradell Walgreens asap!
