I like that it's 24 hours so when I go late, there's no one there so I can get my laundry done under 90 minutes. The staff is helpful and friendly too.

I enjoy coming to this place in the middle of the night to do my laundry and peace and quiet. It is the only place locally that I know of that is open 24 hours a day.When I come in the middle of the night, the place is clean and quiet.Occasionally there’s one or two other people here doing the same.My only complaint is that they advertise Wi-Fi yet there is no Wi-Fi password posted Anywhere.

So my dryer is out of order and I decided to go to laundry Depot of Ewing the one by Pizza Hut and Chuck's chicken to dry my clothes. To my surprise they have changed the pay system and now you need to use a card. Cool, but to my surprise again they're charging $2 for the card!!! Who told them it was cool to charge a 2 dollars card fee/ $2 cover charge to use their laundromat!!! Stop letting these foreigners and people lack of respect for our community. Come into our neighborhood and rob us blind right in our face. This is robbery!!!!Now the attendant correct the problem and she went ahead and gave me back my $2 in drying time. so I thank her for that for making it right. But I will not be coming back to this laundromat because it's not her fault. It's the owner... Who told the owners to put in a new pay system then charge the customer for the cost through the $2 card fee? Y'all must be crazy!! We was fine using quarters before!!! They will be out of business soon cuz we are not stupid. Nobody is just getting tooken advantage of out here!!! it's almost like these businesses had a meeting and said like "oh they'll deal with it" . "They'll take it". But No! there's a lot of smart people out here that will not and will go where it's fair and we're appreciated and your business will fail because your playing in our faces!!!

I have been going here for 14 years always clean, I go over night so I love that thay are open 24 hours.My only complaint is thay took the benches away , im handicap and it is hard for me to stand a long time.Ok my sons clothes were in a 950 washer and it did not fill up with water. no o e on duty to help. I want my 950 back.?? the washer had no hot water there should have been a sign informing that there no hot water.i think I might have to take back .y 4 stars. IWANT MY 9.50 BACK!

Dirty none of the dryer work. The people just leave their stuff in the ones that do work.

The laundromat is very poorly kept. Dirty. Very dirty. Going downhill. Most of the machines do not wash properly. Since new management it is horrible. The attendants are generally no where to be found to report issues with machines..I will be finding a new laundromat. Their sister laundromat is alittle better but even that one has gone downhill tremendously also

I will never come to this place again I put my clothes in the dryer on 48 mins to dry and then another 21 mins to come and find out that it was not drying my clothes, so I went to look for the attendant that works here she was no we're in site to be found she finally came back in the door after I spent 15 mins looking around for her she then put my clothes on 56 mins and didn't compensate me for the rest of my mins when I went to ask her if she's gonna put the money back on my card or add more time to my dryer she then gave me an nasty attitude and said Ight I'll do it like it was her money she was spending, when I finally went back in there to Check it no time was added this is poor customer service and will never recommend to nobody I would rate this a -0 if I could.

I recently used Laundry Depot of Ewing and was very impressed with the quality of the laundered clothing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they took the time to explain the various options and explain their stain removal techniques. My clothes came out looking clean, fresh and smelling great. I highly recommend them for all your laundry needs.

On 9/3/22 6:45am I entered the facility to find dryer sheets all over the floor, baskets scattered everywhere and the machines clearly needed to be wiped down and trash bins full. Whomever had the previous shift obviously left the place unkept. I understand this facility has 24 hour operations with employees shift ending possibly by midnight but first thing in the morning the entire place should not looked TRASHED. Another time previously there are people(not of welcoming appearance) hanging around with the employee on morning duty and helping to fold other people’s clothing.I have been a customer for years off and on because of the overwhelming amount broken machines and the uncleanness of the facility. It is very convenient for me to patronize this facility but it’s the little things that matter most in determining my future patronage.
