NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS YOUR PHONE CALLS. I placed an order almost a month ago and received an email that only part of my order is ready. Been trying to reach someone for get an update on the rest of my order but these people are impossible to reach..VERY POOR SERVICE.

This business is awful. Ordered shoes from their website said they were in stock received confirmation email and then didn’t hear anything else. Called a week later and the gentleman said it would take 3 weeks, nowhere on website said that. Shoes were not even available or in stock they didn’t do any follow up or anything…. Please don’t shop there. Other Reviews that are 1 stars are spot on. Awful customer service.

I placed an order in early July for items we needed for fall season. I received part of the order but not all. I called and emailed several times with no response. In JANUARY we received an email that the items were ready. It is well past the fall season and we have switched to a new team for spring. I have called and emailed again with no response for a refund because a 6 month turn around it completely unacceptable.As a side note our new team uses Soccer Post in Huntingdon Valley. I ordered our new uniforms on Sunday and they were ready for pick up on Tuesday. If you are looking to get items timely, with friendly service and communication I'd say go there. It's worth the drive.

We placed an order in the beginning of JULY and after several unanswered phone calls and emails I received a confirmation email in JANUARY that my order was ready to pick up. I have since emailed another 2 times and called with no response asking for a refund. It should not take 6 months to receive gear that I needed for fall. The season was over and I did not receive the items. My daughter has since left the team she played with in fall and joined another team for this coming spring. I placed an order at Soccer Post Lancaster on Sunday and it was ready for pick up on Tuesday. If you are looking for a uniform provider for soccer gear I highly recommend Soccer Post Lancaster so you actually receive your items before the season ends.

Our club travel team uses this company and every year we order from Ewing it's a disaster. It's slow, no communication and most importantly customer service is terrible. They got my order wrong and it's taking 6 months with no refund or replacement. I don't know how this place is still in business. Shop at your own risk and they also put out their own postivie reviews.

I placed a order last year 6 months later order still not arrive contact them and receive a answers asking me if want a refund or wait little more until item is in stock, this guys are a joke.

I really tried, I want to support local business - but clubs should really consider before contracting with them - item fulfillment is slow - I ordered a few hoodies well before the holiday rush - (early November) received a pick up notification - only to find out they are still waiting on "nike" to fulfill orders from over a month ago - further more the hoodie we did receive did not match the picture and the screen printing logo is off center - I have invested more time than I ever thought possible just for a hoodie with a soccer club name on it

Understaffed and disorganized. Does not return phone calls or emails about incomplete orders.Update 11/11 - still missing items from my orders placed in July.Spoke to someone on the phone on Nov 1 who at first couldn’t find the beanie cap I am still waiting for. After 15 minutes, it was found.I was then promised it would ship to me at no charge the next day. It’s now 9 days later and no package. I have also left two additional voicemails and no calls back.This is non existent customer service that can’t follow through even if you do catch them on the phone.

Can you guys please give me a call. I've called your office a millions times, left a message, wrote an email and have heard nothing back. Sent back the items I want to exchange and have heard nothing. It seems the google review is getting responses so hears my shot. Thanks for your help!***Update*** back to the google reviews to try and get some sort of answer after a service ticket has been submitted and I've tried to contact directly someone I have traded emails with before by dialing their extension and leaving several messages. Still don't have all of our gear, please just respond. Thank you

Like other customers, my child’s order took longer than expected to be received & some leg work on my end to connect with someone from the company. Once I did, Ewing was very responsive and attentive, providing me with regular updates until we got her kit. I appreciated all the time taken and patience they had in sorting her situation out, as most of her team received their items quickly - sometimes these things just happen! We are pleased with her items, they are great quality and fit.

Same experience as many. Placed two kit orders, one for each kid. Received one complete order, missing shorts on the second. Tournament is next weekend and all I got was a vague voicemail reply to the message I left stating “item is on back order” and I will get notified when it ships. No one answers their phones ever and never received a response to my initial email asking where the shorts were. Really bad customer experience. I’m guessing poor operational planning on their end as many have experienced the same. I think answering phones calls would go a long way, guys.

Hoping if I leave a review someone will actually respond because I definitely can not get a hold of anyone by phone or email. My sons kit was purchased over a month ago, the season has already started, and he has no uniform! What did we pay for??
