I bought two cars here and used their service for years because their prices used to be better. But I won't anymore. Their prices are almost 50% more than non dealers. Very disappointed in their service prices. People are still nice here though.

Been a customer of -Burns for more than 20 years. Excellent service department and advisors. Robb Reagan is an awesome advisor to to deal with. He is very thorough, explains everything in detail and makes you feel very comfortable. No question is too small for him to answer.

Corey Papini, the Service Director at Burns Honda, is a lifesaver! My car had a major issue, but Corey's professionalism put me at ease. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, fixed my car up in a timely manner and genuinely cared about my experience.
Alex at drop off was also fantastic - super friendly and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Highly recommend Corey, Alex, and the entire team at Burns Honda! I know I'm always in good hands.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service or poor communication. A $400 diagnostic fee. The service rep interrupted while I was voicing my concerns, work was done before I gave a final approval, I was pressured to make quick and big financial decisions, and was asked to make financial decisions before the vehicle was finished being looked over. I tried speaking to a service manager twice, was sent to their voicemails and never received a callback. I requested that all work on my vehicle wait to be done until I spoke to a manager and still they went ahead with work and the expectation of me paying for that work. I bring my car to the dealer for servicing and pay the extra money to do so because of the exceptional customer service that that offers but I would never recommend this dealership for servicing! My family and I will not be returning here again and I’ll be sure to steer my friends and others away from this dealership from now on. Save your money and your aggravation and take your car elsewhere.
