I have been here a many times over the past year and the only thing I have experienced other than bad customer service is dip nails that completely chipped off in 2 weeks. I have tried to this give place a chance over and over again but this is my last straw. I have only gotten gel from here but I tried dip because my gel nails always chip. Dip is not supposed to chip day of, which happened to me when I got home. They have continued to chip since and now, 2 weeks after I got them done, they are almost completely gone. I am very upset because my nails did turn out very very nice. Some of them have not chipped yet but have huge cracks in them which will chip at any moment.

The atmosphere is relaxing and Amyoung is wonderful and my nails look great I highly recommend her and Brio

This was my first time here at Brio, and after a long time of getting my nails done I am so happy to say I have finally left feeling so beyond happy. Annie, my nail tech was so welcoming and so so sweet. Her is fabulous and I will definitely be booking with her again!

I am so happy that I came across Brio. The staff is so friendly, they listen to exactly how I want my nails to look. They take their time but they are quick at the same time. I’ve been looking for my go to nail place for a while and I am so happy I found Brio!! Thanks ladies !!

Clean and beautiful salon. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back. Amy was very attentive and did a wonderful job. They also have a nice selection of high quality paint colors.

Go see Rose! i’ve been going to her for years and i always have an amazing experience !! the place is absolutely beautiful!! everyone is so nice! Rosie always comes up with her own special things for my nails! 10/10 recommend coming here!!!!!!
