Horrible customer assistance. I spent 30 minutes picking out clothing to try on. One girl kept coming over to take my clothes to start a dressing room. She came over at least 3 or 4 times. So I took my time shopping. My 2 girls went in to start trying things on on their own dressing rooms.
When I finally went to try my selections on, the salesgirl told me someone was using the room. After i explained that I didn’t understand, I was told my room was being
Reserved, another girl came running over and said we don’t hold rooms. It’s first come, first serve. She was completely dismissive and rude. Then I walked over to my daughter’s dressing room and asked her if I could go in with her. The same girl came running over and said no you can’t go in with her. I put the items back on the rack and walked out.
My girls left shortly thereafter.
What a disgraceful way to treat customers.
We were prepared to spend plenty of money. Terrible, I will never go back. I definitely calling the owners- don’t support this business. These salespeople should know better. So disrespectful- plus my daughters both completely agreed on the behavior of the salespeople.

Fun store to browse! Love the various clothing styles. Easy to shop and walk about. Service is good.

With all these terrible reviews about Customer Service, how in the world do they have any business? I was going to take a ride over with my daughter and do some shopping, but I'll pass.

Purchased a small tshirt for $28 Overpriced but ok my daughter wanted it. After one wear it literally fell apart in my hand. Went to store and asked for exchange or refund. They tried to talk me into taking same shirt 3 sizes too big. When I said it wouldn't fit, they proceeded to belittle and respond so rudely telling me I didn't take care of the shirt. Mind you it was worn once and purchased a week ago. I said girls please do the right thing, your going to lose a customer but they didn't care at all. The girls are rude, obnoxious, the clothes are garbage and they do not take care of their customers at all.

The lady with black hair told me “go back to your country.” when I asked her how come the prices on the merchandise were so high in the store

I’ve been to this store two times. On neither occasion was I greeted by an employee. Today, there had to be three or four employees on the floor. Not one person acknowledged me. I understand this is a boutique, but my goodness are the prices obscene. These are clothes that are more than likely drop shipped. I was eyeing a pair of pants today that I would have tried on had someone offered to assist me , but I opted not to drop a small fortune on them. It’s too bad. I will not go back.

Kendra is by far the rudest staff member I have ever had in my 20 years of living. I am the last person to write any of the reviews because I hate people that do this, but Kendra gave me a reason to. I actually despise going to this location because of her. You INSTANTLY feel her judgement the second you walk in, and walk out of the store feeling like complete garbage as if I did something wrong. I will never put another penny into this location because of Kendra. Grow up Kendra and learn some respect and decency. Shocking you need advice from a young adult.

I am really shocked I’m even writing a review rn I am never one to write reviews or bash business but the older lady with the black hair I’m guessing she runs this place is extremely nasty and rude. The minute you walk in you can just feel it from her. She doesn’t treat customers right and multiple customers at the Marlboro location can agree!!! She got nasty with me over me asking simple question and trying to be helpful with putting clothes back where they belong from the dressing room. I was shocked and I will never shop here again her attitude is ridiculous .

It takes a lot for me to get to a point where I feel a need to go out of my way to write a review, but the experience I had at this location has left me disgusted and ashamed of this company. I have been a loyal customer to this store for many years, and never have I experienced such horrific, degrading customer service in my life. The owners of Vanilla Sky should be embarrassed to have the employees at this location represent their company. I was “greeted” by a woman with dark hair, and immediately felt like a bother to her. I ignored her rude mannerisms for a little, but her condescending tone and disgusted looks towards me could only be tolerated for so long (i am italian) . I hope the owners understand that this is absolutely unacceptable … and as for this woman, I hope the holy spirit finds your hurt soul and heals you. Absolutely unacceptable and i will NEVER AGAIN COME HERE. EVER. such a shame.

Horrible experience at the Marlboro location. Usually do not like to complain but thought I should make people aware of the rude, snotty, and horrible customer-service. Walked into the store at 5:45pm to get a few lounge outfits for a vacation. I was unaware that they closed at 6pm, I thought it would atleast be 8:00pm. I was greeted with stares like I had ten heads. I than started to look around a little and than asked what time they closed. Got the rudest reply and than got asked “if this was my first time shopping there”…. (Stuck up) and to be honest I think it was the manager who I had the issue with. And if I am right… That says a lot about the store, if the manager is treating customers in this manner. If the store would have told me they are closing as soon as I walked in, I would have gladly left and came back the next day. (Sorry I don’t have your store hours memorized!!!! ) but instead I was stared at and had snarky, snot- nose comments made at me. Never going back again (and My sisters and I went atleast once a month) end rant!

wish I read the reviews prior to taking my daughter for a vacation shopping...as well as I wish I could give them zero stars... The older lady with black hair was EXTREMELY RUDE, my daughter and I were genuinely shocked. She got in the dressing room where I was just sitting with an open curtain, waiting for my daughter ( store was almost empty) and told me very rudely " I need this room"...obviously I would not occupy it if I knew there were customers waiting...and she should have been a lot more polite about it. Then she got into my daughter's dressing room, while my daughter was was still in there, asking if she wanted to give up the clothes she didn't want, sayin to her "this is such a mess here". She was making sure she showed with her entire existence that we were not welcomed there. I have NEVER experience such a horrendous customer service in my entire life. Gave my business to them only bc it was my daughter's bday and I didn't want to make it a scene. The owner of this store needs to be aware of the quality of their staff. NEVER AGAIN, STAY AWAY.

I was hesitant upon reading the reviews; however, my experience was great. The store was quite busy on Black Friday - when I checked out, the cashier was friendly and I didn’t feel rushed despite the line. The other girl working the floor seemed super sweet as well and was smiling as customers came in or passed her by as she was organizing the racks. Loved the atmosphere, vibe and selection!
