Don’t keep common medicines stocked. Post surgical medications and hospital discharge medicines are often not available due to availability meaning their vendors don’t carry them.This is fine for over the counter but if anyone is dealing with post surgical pain management or supplies for disabilities they would not be the people to come to.Maria was able to provide the information well.

Super expensive but saved me from a huge headache as my kid got stomach ache just before flying. The staff was super helpful and helped me get the right medicines. My kid was absolutely fine before flying!

The pharmacist was so calm and professional and came to our rescue when my elderly mother was stranded at Newark Airport and we needed her daily medication. Pharmacy system was thankfully connected with our local Texas Walgreens and the pharmacist was able to fill all her daily medications and checked to see it would be covered by her aarp insurance. What a relief to know she will be manage for a couple days till we are able to get back home. Many thanks to the pharmacist who worked the night shift!!

I had to stopped late at night I didn’t feel safe nothing happened to me it’s just you got to be all eyes...... facility not that organized kind of messy....... cashier employee were really nice

I have called for a patient medication, unfortunately patient was not on file but the pharmacist was very unprofessional and was in a rush stated patient was not a patient and hanged up. I have called again pharmacist responds with an attitude, I have explained that patient had a sibling that received their medication, then she asked for all the information to register into their system....That was what she was supposed to do in the first place. I understand that pharmacy is very stressful but that was that the way you handle or talk to a doctors office.

Yesterday I purchased a Boost mobile card to put money on my phone. Today I scratched the back, called it in, and the PIN was denied. I went to the store and Jenny Ortega, Mgr helped me by calling Boost Mobile for me. I called prior and got no action. We were on the phone with Boost mobile for 45minutes. No luck. Boost Mobile did not want to put the 35.00 onto the card. Instead the rep asked countless questions and told us that the PIN was used Dec 2019. Jenny verified my receipt and the Boost card. Boost Mobile rep refused to tell us who owns the company, refused to give a Mgrs name and number. Of course the rep was overseas. Didnt care much and kept repeating the same phrases about how she can escalate my complaint. Yet, never escalated anything. Jenny Ortega stated that she was advised by her boss not to return funds or a store credit. I pointed out to her that my receipt allows me one or the other. Then she gave me a refund. Why is Walgreens telling a customer there is no refund? (A cashier at a NYC Duane Reed said the same when I purchased a Boost card 2 months ago.) Yet, its not printed on the receipt. I should have been given a credit or refund as soon as I showed my receipt, with the DEFUNCT Boost card with a DEFUNCT PIN. DO NOT BUY THE BOOST CARD FOLKS. The reps at Boost dont care about YOUR money. What a scam!!

I had a great experience with the two pharmacists here today. They were gracious and came to my rescue. I am ever so grateful and appreciative! I left home forgetting one of my prescriptions as I headed out of the country. I realized on the first leg of my flight what happened and when I landed in New York, I called the Walgreens to see if they could expedite a refill. They were super helpful and supportive calling my insurance company to make sure they would cover the early fill. My heroes!

Spoke to Pharmacist Nick this morning. We are getting on a cruise and Mom forget a med. He couldn't have been nicer. He's tracking down a prescription and filling it for us. We are so grateful. Thanks Nick!!
