I needed 3 queen sized comforters cleaned by a service as they do not fit in my large capacity washer and dryer. I also added two queen pillows. When I received the items after they were washed, the comforters were DAMP. I had to spread them out to dry. The pillows, which I have washed before, were returned ruined. This was the third time I used this service but it will be the last. Adding the softener sheets, and there were many, does not stop the smell or mold from damp clothing. I am slightly handicapped and cannot go to the laundromat to do the comforters.

I needed a local laundromat that delivered when my previous laundromat closed. Fresh Start has offered amazing service since the start and their delivery service has been the absolute best. They're super communicative and easy to use - I have no complaints thus far.

I just moved and had a lot, I mean A LOT of laundry from the old place. I knew it wasn't super manageable at that point and we were so tired. I will use this service over and over again! Picked up Monday, dropped back off the next day, and super affordable! When the clothes came back, WOW! I take very good care of our clothes when it comes to laundry, but whites were even whiter, older sweatshirts looked brand new again! The pickup/dropoff service is EVERYTHING if you are super busy like me, USE THEM! good job Fresh Start, and thank you SO MUCH!!!!

I love the place, it is very clean and the service is good, especially Elba, always with a smile and kindness. The only bad thing is that they need strollers.

I was quite satisfied with this service. The question is how does the customer know if the weighing of the bundles are accurate because the customer is not there to see the weighing. We have to rely on the honesty of the business in this respect. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the results and would use it again in the future, as I am a disabled senior citizen unable to do laundry my self.I would refer anyone to use this service with this company as the laundry is clean and professionally folded. I also like the pleasant attitude of the gentleman who picks up and delivers. :-)

I was looking for a laundry service for my elderly Father's clothes. He is incontinent and it was becoming too much for me to continue washing his clothes every week. I found this place on line called them up and was told how to sign up for pickup and delivery on line. The instructions were easy to follow and as scheduled clothes were picked up. They were delivered back to me the next day. Upon receiving the clothes I unpacked them and was very happy with the results. They smelled wonderful, clothes were cleaned well, folded and very sanitized. They also include dryer sheets between the clothes which keeps the clothes smelling good. I highly recommend this laundry service I only wish I had found them sooner. The owner himself picks up and delivers. He always calls when he is arriving. Very satisfied with your service.

The place is HUGE ! In the middle of great restaurants n parking is not too bad ( in the rear)
