I signed up for yelp solely to make a complaint, and I've had issues before but considered none yelp-worthy. Today I spent all morning negotiating, driving and then coming to arrangement to come back with 25k in check to complete a purchase. LET ME be clear the car was not sold in that 2 hour gap but was sold 2 days prior!!!! It was in lot, they let me drive it twice, and they brought out management and ran my credit and set up the sale to the point of me simply picking up my son n returning to with check n documents to purchase. Upon my return things got odd: they told me the saleswoman I worked worth was technically "off today" and the manager was also now at home and had been deeply mistaken. The car was sold before i even sat down this morning. Then predictably they suggested an unrelated car as if vehicles and my selection was incomplete. HORRIFIC and they won't deny it.

This dealership charges 3% for paying with a credit card for any service.I will not go back!!You should not penalize people for paying with a credit card!

Worst experience ever at a car dealership. Had appointment to complete final paperwork. Waited for almost an hour just to start paperwork. Kept getting excuses, almost ready, printing it out now etc. Kept me waiting like a shmuck. If it's not ready let me know and we'll do it another time.Wanted a copy of warranty. They don't have one, don't worry it's filed under your vin. I want copy of warranty for future reference. Unbelievable they don't have paperwork on warranty. Almost walked out but they finally got some paperwork for warranty. It was like pulling teeth to get warranty information.

took my truck in for 100k service and check the spark plugs. they called me back 5 hours later and told me they hadn't touched the truck yet and needed more time. I went back and got the keys. used to be pretty good service but not anymore. going elsewhere!

Got the oil changed in my F150 two months ago, 3,000 miles later, the truck says oil life is at 5%. I am thinking some technician forgot to reset the oil life and filter after the oil change or I got a cheap oil filter and oil.

Called a Total of four times trying to get information on a car. Every single one of them I was on hold for 10 minutes only for them to end the call. Must not want to make a sale

Had My '17 Ford Explorer came in for couple recalls and oil change and Ryan Brown service advisor was super wonderful, friendly, and helped me looking at a few more concerns as far as battery and a set of new tires installed on my vehicle with courtesy and professionalism. Had a great pleasure dealing with her and Chapman service. Will highly recommend to anyone that need knowledgeable technicians and advisor Ryan to help you looking at your vehicle issues and services.

Couldn't have had a worse experience!!!While test driving a used vehicle, the salesman told me he sold the car to another couple. Later that night, I find out from the same salesman that the couple backed out of the deal b/c they "marked the car down incorrectly". He then offered me the same car marked at 28.9k for 34k, after knocking off $1k. What a nice guy right?I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! No transparency, no integrity.
