had a few things delivered within the last two weeks. Very happy with Service and delivery of items. RX. O has a great communication process as I received an email, text, phone call the day before delivery carving out the specific block of time that the items would be delivered. The day of delivery the drivers called 30 minutes prior to delivery with the expected time of arrival. drivers were friendly, careful with moving the items and very helpful .

The delivery was provided by a very professional knowledgeable and courteous team. The bike was set up. They made sure we had an Internet connection. They took the time to explain all the features for us to enjoy.

Worse experience ever.. specifically with the delivery guy name Jose !What was supposed to be a drop off to a gas stove from Samsung became a nightmare. Trying to remove my old stove he broke it, then when they brought the new one in the house he failed to realize that it had damaged or ignore the fact that it had damaged. He then gave me false information about the installation process “ supposedly if he installed the new one Samsung wouldn’t replace it anymore” so he left me with a new damaged stove not being installed and took my old one. So I had no stove !He did a poorly job and I do not recommend this company or Jose at all.

The delivery team was AMAZING ! Brandy and his colleague did such a great job. They took very good care of my 85 inches TV when bringing it to the 3rd floor with no elevator. The customer service is also great. They ALWAYS call back when you chose this option. Simply one of the best delivery company.

I just had the most amazing delivery of my peloton treadmill. The customer service was awesome and delivery updates were on point. They arrived and safely carried my treadmill down the steps. The installation went very quick and they stayed to help me get up and running. They answered all of my questions and concerns. Overall the value of the service from start to finish was excellent!!! Box was in terrible condition, obviously dropped on one end, cardboard flapping open, no styrofoam. Driver said he reported to supervisor, supervisor said to deliver anyway - unbelievable. I rejected the shipment, Amazon gave refund after I reported the situation,

My new driveway was ruined by RXO delivery guys as they came with a truck which has extension rods at the back and it scrapped through my new driveway damaging asphalt on many places. First I called samsung customer care, they directed me to RXO customer service. Then RXO customer service directed me to last mile claims departments. Then claims department is playing ping pong and trying to transfer me to some contractor company who will probably then direct me to some insurance company. What a terrible terrible company. No accountability for anything. I am going to sue them as I have video footage of entire incident

Great experience with the TV I purchased through Amazon. Very professional and excellent communication. Movers were in contact about their progress and were experienced with delivery to NY apartment buildings. You're in good hands!

Supposed to have a samsung tv delivered and it did not arrive on samsungs delivery date. I checked 2 days later in the morning on the tracking, saying it would be there that day, and it was on a truck. Checking back later in the day, it never even made it to a truck! I had to call just to get an actual delivery date, which was ridiculous alone, then to find out "their earliest date would be 2 weeks later" is another issue. If i had not called, there would not even have been a schedule for my tv. Rxo did not even give me a call to say they received it in their warehouse or they had a backed up delivery date. What happened to get the product out asap like USPS, fedex, ups. They are supposed to fill samsungs promise, which obviously they can't. My tv would have sat in their warehouse if I did not call demanding an earlier date as they passed the samsung delivery date already! Besides a couple of days or earlier delivery, there was nothing they offered after multiple attempts of asking. I even called samsung to tell them about my experience, which I told rxo I would do. I do not trust this company. Worst delivery service, and I would rate lower if I could!
