Charging port wasn’t working on my iPad. The Apple Store said It couldn’t be fixed and suggested I buy a new iPad. Beyond phone repair was able to replace the charging port with no trouble at a good price saving me quite a bit of money. Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this business.

My tablet screen was popping out of the body! They quickly determined it was a battery issue, possibly from overcharging. They ordered the replacement and I got back my repaired tablet next day at a reasonable cost. Very friendly & courteous. I'm glad I worked with a local privately owned and operated business. I hope I don't need them again, but I'll use them if needed. Highly recommended.

Cracked screen on my old phone. Called to see if they had part in stock. Yes they did, so I came right down. Serviceperson was quite pleasant, and accommodating. Repair finished with in 25 min. Pricing reasonable. All in All a good experience.

He fixed my screen and added a protector so quick and for a fair price. I have no doubt I’ll be back since I am really hard on my phones LOL

We were having an issue with a Microsoft Surfacebook - they replaced the whole touchscreen. When that touchscreen has issues two months later, they did the warranty swap for no additional charge. It's clear they stand behind their work and will make sure you're treated well. Would come back.

Outstanding repair shop.
Other shops I called and visited told me they could not fix my phone
Bought in a older LG phone for a charging port repair.
The technician Mike fixed the issue promptly.
