I am joining Joe club as well!! ? She is an amazing rep!! She had all the patience to answer all your questions! She had no personal interest of commission and offered us the best price she could !! It’s hard to find passionate people now. She is surely one of THE BEST!! About prices at Mattress Firm they are kind of competitive and the only edge is that they deliver quicker than samsclub or Costco! The down side is if you are not satisfied you have to pay for shipping and restocking. Rest is good!!

Delivery in Philadelphia was smooth and efficient, and the movers put on the mattress cover as they assembled the bed. They were very helpful and considerate.

Zoe was super nice, very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions about each mattress I was interested in and made recommendations too. With her help I was able to purchase a mattress on the spot!

Zoe was informative, friendly and patient! I highly recommend this store and Zoe for your mattress needs! The pricing was also very competitive and Zoe was not pushy. She seemed to honestly just want me to be happy regardless of the price of the mattress I bought! Great experience!

Zoe was great! Knowledgeable, professional and a great help. We both suffer with extreme back issues and she pointed us to the right mattress, explaining why this was the best option for us. She showed us all the controls on the adjustable base. Can’t wait to get the mattress

ZOEY at Mattress Firm in Edson was a top notch, honest, saleswoman!!! I have many spine operations, needed a bed for my condition. She didn't try to sell us the most expensive bed. She listened to my concerns, and directed me a few bed that would help my needs. Other customers were in the store, no one got ignored. Very helpful to everyone I noticed. I felt comfortable buying a bed from her. I also noticed every customer did. We all started talking to each other. Zoey made us all feel very comfortable. Joining in our discussions & recommendations. I was very happy in my decision & had fun too! Zoey, if you ever read this, thank you!!! ? ? ?
