Extremely livid at the fact that after spending my time walking through the store and finding items I liked, I chose to try the outfits on prior to purchase. I had 6 outfits in total. The problem is that when I went to try them on I was told that the fitting room was closed and that it would not open until 3pm. At that point, it was 12pm. The excuse was that the person who opens the fitting room wasn't due in to work until 3. Now, there is no door to the fitting room, so it wasn't like they needed a key. There was a rack of clothes pulled in front of the entrance. It was suggested that I go walk around the mall for 3 hours and return at 3 or purchase all the items, try them on at home and then come back to return whatever I chose not to keep. I was ABSOLUTELY NOT walking around the mall for 3 hours just to kill time, nor was I going to purchase everything and then have to make time to come back to the store to make a return when there's the convenience of trying on the clothes there, making my purchase and then going about my day. Depending on the fit, I could have purchased all or none of the outfits; however, that location will never know. I'm glad I was able to go to the Woodbridge Mall location, try on my outfits with no problems and make my purchase.I'm only giving a 2nd star because the store was clean.

Very bad customer service as they spent more time chatting and laughing amongst themselves instead of helping the line of customers. Granted they seem to be high school kids from the looks of it, only one seem to be ringing up purchases yet all for employees kept chatting amongst themselves.My 10 year old daughter had to walk up because they didn't even call the next customer because she was chatting, as she rang up the products she kept chatting looking somewhere else, after the receipt printed out she grabbed it put it in the bag still looking somewhere else chatting and pushed the bag forward to my daughter. No handing over of the bag, no thanks for coming in, no nothing, didn't even look to see if my daughter grabbed the bag or not. My wife was so disgusted she wanted to speak with a manager but I told her no need to. I rather just review the location. The employee Avishka was "terrible". I have had much younger associate provide much nether customer service. She doesn't need to work there, actually they all may need training or need to quit if then they'll have all the time to chat with each other.

RUDEST employees. close the store 20 minutes early to customers, refuse to allow customers to browse or make their way to check out to purchase multiple items in their hands/baskets. this is no way to run a business, and it’s no shock that many forever 21 stores are closing. terrible customer service, they do not care about customers that are looking to purchase, only about closing the store early. i will be making all of my purchases online from now on to avoid having to deal with rude associates. very upset and disappointed by this experience. do better for the customer experience!

Many may think “Forever 21” is only for young adults and teenagers. No this cloth store is for everyone who want to feel “21”. This store will make you feel 21. I do like this store but one pet peeve I have is finding the one perfect gift in the last size on the mannequin and the sales associate or manager would not take it off to sell it. The only other store that has it was somewhere in Manhattan. I shop at stores all the time.. and Old Navy, Macy's, Gap, even Bloomingdales will and have taken clothes off the mannequin to accommodate. Its holiday time and exceptions could be made if you wanted to! Poor customer service! It should not have been a big deal.

I'm in high school and I want to get better clothes but I struggle with that a lot because my family hates spending a lot of money on clothes. I always thought Forever 21 was expensive but I went a couple months ago and I was blown away by the clearance section! I got about 10 clothing items that day alone (highest amount of clothes I've ever bought at once). I even got a pair of mom jeans for $3!!! They are my favorite jeans ever. The cashier was also really nice and I just loved the whole experience. Definitely my go-to store for new clothes!I attached a pic of a pink skirt I got from forever. Absolutely love it!

They didn’t exchange a trouser the very next day of purchase even though we had bill and the tag just for the reason that they were detached from the trouser
