Awful store and the employees are awful too. Produce seems to go bad quickly and forget about getting gas here... you can spend almost a half hour on line for gas. There is a Sam's club down the street and I go to them instead... will think about cancelling the membership due to the poor service here. PS The tires here take forever to get done and are more expensive than other places.

Costco pharmacy customer service leaves much to be desired. Especially over the phone. Recently, there have been shortages of medications. Requiring calls to all of the local pharmacies in order to find one that may have the medication in stock. Every small and large pharmacy from small businesses to Walgreens and CVS quickly told me over the phone that they did not have the medication. Costco however, would not say one way or the other. So in order to verify that they have the medication, I would have to call my doctor, have a new prescription sent over to Costco pharmacy for them to then informed me that they are in fact out of the prescription. Why would I do this when there's a high likelihood that they also are out of the medication? Tell me something not that your policy is to inconvenience a member. I found this particularly irritating.

Don't use their tire center! Tried calling for over a half hour and no one picked up. I had to drive there to speak with anyone. Ordered my tires and they called the next day, but didn't leave a message. Tried calling back and again no one answered the phone. Drove back to learn that the tires had arrived and made an appointment for 2 days later at 11:00 am. Arrived at 10:45 am and they took my car into the service bay at 11:00. It sat there until 11:45 am with no service. Complained to the manager and they finally started on it. They finished at 12:30 pm. They stripped 3 lug nuts and told me to not drive it far until I had the problem fixed. There was nothing wrong with my lug nuts prior to bringing it to them. Now they have created a secondary issue for me to pay for because of their incompetence. If I could give them zero stars, I would. That's how bad my experience was. The supposed savings wasn't worth the aggravation of dealing with them.

Hands down the best option for kirkland liquors in terms price, quality and value. I bought 3-1.75L bottles of Makibu, tequila blanco and Irish cream liquor aling with the kirkland box wine for a party we were having with family.

In terms of the products that they carry (especially the alcohol), this is an amazing location. Staff are pleasant.Now here is why I took out stars. It gets overcrowded. If you care about your mental health and if you are on anger management, please avoid coming here on weekends and late afternoon when people are leaving for work. Weekends are like a zoo. Parking lot is chaos. Inside is chaos. They should limit how many people a cardholder can bring inside. I see huge groups of people like they have the entire village with them. They stop in the middle of the aisles with zero f*cks given. And oh boy, do I even dare talk about the food court?!? Every time I pass by the food court, there are people "hanging out" there like they're in a park watching people walk by. Sounds like loitering to be honest. *sigh* Yes I would be coming back because Costco is amazeballs. Take advantage of their gas station too! They're quick and usually has the lowest price.

I love all of the Costcos I have been to. My husband and I recently stopped by this Costco on our way to an event. It was a quick trip but I found some good deals. The tri color 6 pack of bell peppers was $4.99. We pay almost double in Brooklyn. I ended up buying 2 pks. They were also selling liquor in this location. I saw one of my favorite red wines on sale for $9.89 each and bought 5 bottles. Next time I'm in Edison, I will be stopping by this costco location and stocking up on my wine and liquor and look for more deals.

Good store but heavily crowded . Especially on weekends .. billing takes a long time on weekends. Look at the crowdddddd on weekends ! The line starts all the way from milk produce section . The employees are quick though. They work really hard and fast .. there are so many items for tasting in this store . Good marketing for some brands .. Plan to come on a weekday if possible. They also have fuel station outside.. good service otherwise.

Large parking lot, we went on a Sunday around noon so it was pretty packed. They have self checkout line which seem like a long line but moves pretty quickly. We went to the cash register instead of self checkout and the cashier greeted us and was friendly which is a plus. Overall nice location

Don't get your prescriptions from here. They literally had my medication on backorder for 2 months and refused to help me. Their staff is extremely unhelpful.

Chaos is the word that comes to mind, Granted it was a Saturday afternoon so maybe that was expected. But the store was very crowded the walkways were lined with shopping carts in both directions so much that you couldn't even cross over and it reminded me of a busy city in the streets of Chinatown or maybe one of those villages in India. There was a dedicated store employee loudly directing traffic to the registers every register was open self check out had all lanes operating yet the lines pushed back about 10 isles almost to the back of the store where the produce is. Lesson learned come during the week.

This review is for my recent visit to the Tire Center. I had pre-ordered a set of tires online and they provided an expected delivery date between 3-5 business days which wasn't too bad. Once the tires did arrive, I was able to make an appointment. I checked online to see if they had any appointments but they only showed openings for the following weekend and honestly I didn't want to wait that long. So i had called the Tire Center and spoke with Ryan and inquired about any walk-in appointments for Sunday. He said that there were no openings but did say I could come by the following day and they can see if they had a bay available and said to mention his name upon arrival. I had arrived at the Tire Center and Jason was there to check me in at the counter. He gave me an estimated time of 2-2.5 hour wait--it was fine with me as i was not going to be waiting. I had received a call at about less than 2 hours later that my car was ready. Amazing...they had finished before the expected time! I had picked up my car and my brand new tires looked great and drove wonderfully! Thank you to the amazing team at Costco Tire Center of Edison for your quick and prompt service. And thank you to Ryan and Jason for being so accommodating and taking my vehicle in for a walk-in appointment!
