TERRIBLE REPAIR
After spending $500 to have my touchscreen laptop screen replaced at We Fix, the internal camera doesn't work. The manager told us it is nothing they did, and everything "should be" working. However, I called Dell and when the Dell tech took the screen off, he told us that the connector was never hooked up nor was it even a working connector. So, I had to spend an additional $175 to have it done correctly. I probably will never see that money because they will deny they didn't do it correctly. I expect a full credit but will settle for a sincere apology and a partial credit, which will never come

I damaged my Acer laptop and needed to transfer all the programs and data from the Sata drive to my new HP. This guy did exactly what I wanted flawlessly. And he was totally transparent about his very reasonable fee; no surprises. Five stars all the way.

I came on in Saturday. The guy checked my MacBook, he even open it up. And he told me it will cost $185 to fix it. I wasn't sure to fix it but I came back after two days and he said it would cost $250. So I decided not to fix it. I don't know if it was intentional or not, even if it's not that's not how you should treat a customer with. Only reason I came back for the second time was because he said it would cost $185!!! Anyhow seems like a nice guy but I wasn't satisfied with the cost!REPLY TO OWNER MESSAGE -He mentioned I wanted my laptop to be fix for free. Thats dumb. Who would expect to get something fix for free in this day and age. And second of all he wrote I told him my MacBook is not charging in a “smart way”. If it’s not charging, it’s not charging. How else am I support to say it. Is there a way to say it stupidly? My laptop was fully functional except for not charging and I showed to him on the very first day. Like I mentioned he open the MacBook infront of me. He checked it and told me the price. How did the price went up after two days? I thought he’s a nice guy but I guess not. And also a dishonest person to tell me I’m lying and changing story. I didn’t know there was a “story”. By the way that other place I went was Apple. They run diagnosis for free. There’s nothing to brag about that. Running diagnosis is free in most places. He wasted my time and energy and even now while I’m writing this. Goodbye.

Nicest guy! Fixed my screen in minutes and it's as good as new. So happy I decided to come here. Convenient parking as well. He also told me he does watch batteries too, so I'll be back.
