I usually come out of work late and my wife wanted to exchange some clothing at the store with limited time. We were greeted and helped without feeling rushed to leave. I was aware of the closing time. The two ladies were understanding and took care of my wife's shopping needs.Thank you for the welcome and my wife will definitely by a regular customer.

Just right now today I want to shopping and is been 10 years I go there shopping Today manager she was really rude when I get into store I was looking something she was telling me don’t touch this one don’t touch that one she was keep giving me warning put over there put here I was about to pay but cashier girls they was Saying sorry they was really nice but some reason Manager she was a unprofessional she was really rude and mean it was big disappointment I don’t think I’m going to go there shopping again when I go to stores shopping I like to see :-) you have to be :-) and nice to customers you cannot be mean to customers especially she is manager she must be knows this very well !

I have been living here for 5 years, and buying from this store in this whole time. Yet, today I had a terrible experience in the store with an older lady who was working there. This lady was berating my child when he was sitting down, saying that kids were not allowed in the store. I wont be coming back due to this experience and wont be shopping here again.

I'm not a big shopper, I rarely enjoy the in-store experience which is why I'm writing this review. We went to Chico's looking for specific items that we had been looking for in several other places. We walked in and the store manager Lela was available and helpful right away. She pointed out items that could work for us, got us fitting rooms, assisted us during fitting, checked for taller sizes online, gave us a complementary gift at check out and a great discount. We are very grateful for the attention she has given us and we will definitely go back.
