If you care about your family do not go here I got 1 tire put in they did a good job after a few months I went to get the other 3 tires done. Right after I picked my car up I instantly noticed a vibration on the floor that had never been there before I brought the car right back they took it in the shop and said they rebalanced the tires I left and the vibration was still there they told me if was most likely the axel so I brought the car to Honda they replaced the axel and a few other parts but the bio was still there so they decided to try to remount the tires and when they opened the tires what a shock the rims were damaged and the tires that were brand new were damaged (see pictures below) I went back to this place talked to the manager and he was denying the whole thing said I hit a pothole sorry but a pothole won’t do this. This is from the bar trying to get the tire on but he than told me to leave and he wouldn’t do anything about it. So now I have to file and take them to court the worst part is I could have been killed

Went in for tire service worst customer experience from those guys would recommend…only went there coz its a local business, i like supporting places near me. Never again.
1st -tire weights are supposed to be at the end of a wheel not usually visible. Spoil a whole look to a car wheel.
2nd- i had subaru tpms programmed tire sensors this guys cant even put them on properly they sell you theirs, i dont want your discounted stuff thats not quality in standards.
3rd -used a impact gun removal tool they do air very tight fit, been working on my car for years..better check your fits when you have a flat tire you may end up not being able to remove it.
4th - if they make a mistake they wont help you get on the road quicker, they love the wait game
5th- the owner or whatever the mongoose looking owner is …horrible person, talks and ooozes negative thoughts, i was very calm but they talk like your the idiot and its your fault you cant do anything.
Horrible business and their mechanics cant work on basic stuff like strut leveling to make sure your car is fine and fits to proper standards, they just throw them tires on your car do air and balance and your good
1st performance at best
