I was fortunate to meet the store manager, where she was very gracious in willingness to help and matched what I actually need. Could not find them myself thanks to Michelle the store manager. Costomer sevice is EXQUISITE. Afsha has an excellent knowledge of diamonds in Zales. Learned a lot about diamonds. Michelle, store manager A wonderful woman with WEALTH OF knowledge about diamonds that is unbelievable. The discounts are amazing. I left with over 50% off in diamonds. You have to go. Thank you all for all you do every day for the customers

I would like to personally thank and recommend Zales and their store manager Michelle from the American Dream Mall for their personalized, efficient and amazing work on the engagement ring for my partner. When I came to Michelle almost out of options on making my partners dream engagement ring, she simply said “I’ll take of it” and that she did. She took time to call and text to ensure the engagement ring met my exact vision. They follow up very quickly and their communication was clear and concise. I am new to the engagement ring world and I was taught many new things and made to feel comfortable to ask any questions. Poor customer service, they told my husband the store wasn't closing until a certain time. We arrived at store and it was closed. There were people inside but no one cared to come to the door. Not coming back.
