Usually able to get great help here. The security guard is friendly and keeps things moving orderly when it gets crowded. Sometimes at night there are homeless people in the ATM area.

Homeless people sleep in this ATM in the middle of the night, and other people will wait in the ATM stalking prey and ask you to cash a check for them into your account. They seriously need a night watchman overlooking this ATM.

If I can give this location 0 stars I will the teller lost my check how the hell does a teller lose a check than she says well it flew away how the hell does the check fly away when clearly it was in a white envelope when I went threw the drive thru I am beyond furious I definitely needed that check it was my bonus and it came handy these people are so cruel the manager did s*** about the situation her name is Cassandra bond the f****** teller stole my check I told her check the cameras she goes there is no cameras.. first of all how the hell there isn't a camera in a bank especially drive thru she is full of s*** I hope she gets fired

This bank is by far 1 of the worst banks to go to in East Orange nj. I'm standing in line up next and there is literally no one in front of me, 5 tellers and no one is calling me to their window to be assisted. It is again by far one of the worst banks to do business at.
