Avoid this place at all cost, I walked in and not even one person acknowledged my presence I was there for 15 minutes and not even one person said hey we will be with you shortly. I worked in customer service and I also worked for T-mobile. All of these sales reps need to be retrained or replaced. Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve had.

Bad service, we arrived, we signed up and when it was our turn the boy asked us how he could help us, my husband barely said a few words and a woman arrived to interrupt because it was just a question and from there the Verizon employee left with the woman and He left us there waiting when we were next aaah and for this the lady was American and the Verizon employee is Hispanic. But maybe he didn't feel like speaking Spanish with us. We better make our movements by phone, the attention is better than going to these stores.

Nahir was absolutely wonderful and so great to communicate with. 10/10 I would highly recommend asking for her if you have any questions, she was so knowledgeable and informative.

Not a bad experience getting a phone for my son here. James was very polite & accommodating. Any cell phone place is sucky to deal with. But these other reviewers that seem to expect the salespeople to work for free after closing is a big part of what’s wrong with people. Would YOU work for free? Are you compensating them for the unpaid time they stay? What if they have children to pick up or another job or class after work? Amazing what these folks feel entitled to.

Just went to buy new phones. It is 7:35 and they close at 8. The woman said they could give us phones but no data transfer in the last hour of the store being open. I have been to other Verizon stores that have done the whole process, staying late for us. Not good customer service, they should advertise that better if that is in fact the case.

To all IPHONE users, NAHIR saved my 2 week vacation by fixing my phone in minutes when 4 other stores were unable to do so. The data wasn’t working and no one could figure out why, but NAHIR did, she is amazing!!

Jonathon helped me out in getting a new phone. Great customer service. Stayed with me until my data transferred even though we went a few minutes past closing time. Was attentive, informative and very helpful.

Would not sell me a phone upfront. I was able to buy it in every other Verizon location I have visited. The sales person Said it was only for an installment plan. That is absolute nonsense early the same day another store was willing to sell me the same phone just slightly different model upfront. Do not go to this location would be my advise.

I went to this Verizon location on 8/2 for a mobile pick up at 6:30pm. The woman was extremely rude as I walked in saying the store closed at 7. An elder, disabled couple walked in after me and she was just as rude, if not more rude, to them about the store closing at 7 and demanded whatever they needed must be quick. I felt terrible for them. Last I checked 6:30 is not 7pm and that certainly does not mean you can treat customers that way, especially before even knowing why they came in. Will not be coming back to this location.

It’s incomprehensible to me that a Verizon retail store would employ people who don’t greet the customers. I walked into a group of two in a packed store. Understaffed. Honestly I would feel bad for the employees had they not been blatantly ignoring the customers coming in.

Disgusting attitude from staff! No one else in the store, not even a single customer while there are four working there and they simple don’t want to work because they are busy talking on their cell. When I asked for a manager he had the same attitude. Disgrace! Worst Verizon store ever!
