If I had the option to give a negative rating I would. The staff here is extremely unprofessional.
Do not come here if you have any issues or pay for phone insurance.
Not only did they tell me I need to leave the store without reason, but they didn't even look at my wife's phone before they said go somewhere else you need to leave.
Why bother having over 6 employees standing at the door if they're not going to do their job.

Workers are lazy they got all them workers an there with there nose tooted up like there snootie talking cause there’s no customers and when they get customers oh I can’t do this u gotta call costumer services they have to help you if it’s gonna be like that it shouldn’t be that many people working

James the sales specialist is THE WORST!!!! He did not fully explain details and added on extra stuff to my plan when I said I didn't want it. FAKE/FALSE CLAIMS! I said no insurance, but yet he added insurance. My next bill was $242. I spoke to a verzion rep and they helped me drop down my next bill to $138. James added extra stuff and it just doesn't make sense

The senior manager Belkis was FANTASTIC!! It’s clear why she is the manager of the East Brunswick Verizon store. My mom needed a new phone but needs assistance with technology. Belkis was beyond understanding and patient with my mom through the entire process. Belkis was so great I decided to even upgrade myself since I knew we were in good hands with Belkis. With some Verizon stores, you feel like the sales associates are only trying make a buck off every customer but not with Belkis. She did not push any extra bells and whistles and only recommended what we truly needed. And she is very personable. Thank you Belkis!! If ever we need additional products, we’re coming to you!

Went to this Verizon to ask for an upgrade and about any current deals going on. The employee that helped us spoke to us in a rude manner and did not give proper explanations to any of our questions. Overall the customer service at this location was very disappointing. Will definitely look to go to another Verizon.

Such a great experience. DJ (Durrell) assisted my mother and I with upgrading her phone. There was a very unique situation that caused big issues on our account and he, along with the manager (forgot his name, I’m so sorry!) did everything possible till we finally got it resolved. They went way above and beyond. I’d recommend this store and the associates over and over. Thank you so much!

Came in to update my mom’s phones and add some lines and I must say DJ is an exceptional worker. He had the best manners, patience and gave us the best service ever.

Horrific customer service. 3 customer service reps at 6 pm. They had the speed of turtles. Reminded me of zombies. Tried to hold or feel the phone I wad interested in. They were bolted to the display. Poor signage. Huge store for no reason. Lots better options and providers out there. I would rather deal with used car salesman.
