I purchased a groupon for a oil change w/tire rotaion and filter for 31.99. I went to use my coupon at monro route 18 East Brunwick. The Manager told me it would cost me $10.00 more for this service. I paid online with groupon so I asked why do have to pay $10.00 more his answer was that's the way it is. Well I was so upset that I had to write this review. I wasted time and money going for this service I requested a refund back from groupon and did my service at Hyudai. I feel like this manager was trying to get lunch money from me. I have never used a groupon and had to pay more. The groupon also had + get $10.00 dollars cash back. I showed the coupon to the manager and he could not explain this either. Very disappointed at my experience there.

Do not go here if you don’t want to get charged for services not performed!! I got my rear brakes and rotors replaced here and was not happy with the price. Looked around, and found a place that was cheaper. When I went to the second place, they inspected my car and the work performed at Monro. Turns out, I was charged $110 for a brake fluid exchange at Monro, and they didn’t perform the service!! Was showed by manager at 2nd place that brake fluid was bright orange, and it’s supposed to be a colorless fluid. Called Monro telling him that I wanted a refund. He told me I would hear back from “the district manager” in 24 hours……it’s now been more than a week! Still have not heard back!! All I wanted was a simple refund, not to have to jump through hoops to get it.

Worst experience ever they didn't put the tire on correctly and it came off when they were backing it up. Rip my bumper off Dent in my car when the car hit the Ground management has not gotten back to me in over a week it. This all happened at the eastBrunswick Mechanic shop

Had a 5:30 appointment, got there at 5:20. Wasn't busy. Nice guy greeted me and brought the car right in. Needed 2 tires. He told me the rear brakes were getting low which I knew. He suggested checking the alignment because the front tires were so bald. I expected he would say it needed to be done. He checked but said it was ok. I appreciated the honesty. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Would use them again.

Denis was excellent when I came in and explained my situation. He took the to the to ask questions to confirm my concerns. Took the car for a test drive and gave his assessment and recommendation. He was right. Gave me a quote and offered times to conduct the necessary repair. Came in the next day and spoke to Paul( equally professional). My car was done earlier than I expected. Good job gents.

Had to do an oil change on my 350 which is a small sports car. The first and second time they scratched the bottom of my car while trying to take it off from the stand and took off just $20 . Then also told me they had different management both times they scratched it so they couldn’t remember the 1st time they scratched it (even though it was the same group of people before so yea alright) anyways don’t recommend if you have a smaller and lower car.

Both mechanics did a very good job on my vehicle, they are very professional and very helpful. They anwered all my questions and was very attentive to all my concerns. I will definitely take my truck back for all services to them.

Had a slow leak on my passenger rear tire, looked up this place and drove it there after pumping the tire up. Paul was very friendly at the counter and gave me all the pricing and "what-ifs" for how we'll proceed (if the hole is in a repairable spot or not, and so on) and promised to call me soon. Sure enough, he called within the hour to tell me it was finished, and I was good to go. I'm definitely going back to this particular Monro service center for any of my future flat tire repairs!
