Just called them and ask to patch a flat tire, they said it is no problem. But when they find it is a Tesla they said they do not like to work on Tesla. Such a waste of time. All it needed to put a plug.

I went there couple of weeks for a repair. I parked on the side of the garage, not blocking any exits. I went in the office and explained the issue. They asked me to move the car closer so that they can take a look. Once I did, another guy comes out and makes me move the car again bcoz he is working. In short, they have me move the car around few times before anybody comes to lookThey were kinda rude, too busy to look into my issue. They said they will get the part and give me a call back on when I should come back. 2weeks and still no call back

I have never been to this shop before. I usually go to the dealership for car issues but we all know how much dealerships charge and your car is sitting there for at least 24 hours before they even get to it. I called J&J yesterday and they had me come in the following day. I dropped off my car and 2 hours later my car was ready. The work i was getting done i have needed done on my car before so i was preparing for a hefty bill but it was the complete opposite. I was extremely shocked and appreciative for the more then generous price i was charged and overall the customer service! Joe was seriously one of the kindest and easiest people i have ever dealt with when it comes to auto shops. I will 100% be bringing all my future car needs to him. I had fill up my tank up gas in from of J &J Auto for many years. Never cross my mind of using them. Until Covid hit. I had them for a oil change. One day when through a bad street and chip one of exhaust and got bad early 2021. Thinking of just junking it. Still with Hope. I called and spoke Joe explain my issue and drop it off early morning. Joe call later in the evening with parts and labor. Picked the car the next day.

My dad's been getting his car serviced here for over 12 years, and now so do I. I'm not a car person so I don't know the specifics of what to get done but Joe always takes care of it for me, he always knows what to do. Joe is the reason my father and now me only go to him, he is a hardworking and honest man.
