I met Sung a few years ago and he fixed a tax situation for me that felt unsolvable. Even after moving to OH, I refuse to use anyone else. His office is the best service out there.

The tax class is a scam they take your money in advance and then cancel the class and when you ask for a refund they block you. Cara Cox from the Rosamond CA location has had me my fiance and a friends money for 4 months and has done nothing but hide like a true thief. Corporate is of no help they expect me to chase and call all over for my money when they have my number and address. Eli in corporate threatened me and Cara had her police friend call me and harass me but he is so stupid he left a voice mail and that will be going with the lawsuit. It's a shame I have to go through such measures to get these people to do right they have my money I am a paid customer and I have been scammed by Siempre Tax / Liberty Tax and I want my money back last month!!!! #siempretaxscam #LibertyTaxScam #siempretaxnotforblacks
