“Nobels is the best! I came in for a check engine light. I tested the code myself and it came back with a bad O2 sensor. Nobels tested and found a vacuum line disconnected. The mechanic plugged the line back in and reset the engine code. They could have changed the O2 sensor and charged me for that. Instead they were honest and told me what the real cause of the check engine light was. I also had the oil changed too. Completely recommend Nobels! Tony up front at the desk is awesome!”

Most importantly they do road force balancing which is the best!”

“Jiffy lube has now included some additional checks including light checks prior to performing your actual service. Rather than just telling you you need new filters such as air or cabin filters, they show you how dirty your existing ones are compared to what the new ones look like.
My experience at this particular location was okay, I wasn't offered to sit in the waiting area with my partner, and we decided to get out ourselves. The floor of the shop was oily with new oil which poses a danger even for the employees.
Other than that, employees were nice and informative and service speed is always fast”

“Went for an oil change. I was pleasantly greeted and they had me in and out. Great service and they actually topped off my washer fluid and washed my windows and vacuumed inside. I didn't expect that. Hardly any shops do this type of service anymore. They even changed out my drain plug for me which I stripped trying to take it off. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back. They do inspections and other work there as well. So convenient.”

“Customer service at the store was excellent. However, when I went today to get my car serviced it was 93 degrees out. There was no air conditioning in the customer lounge, or anywhere in the building. I appreciate the workers, they managed to get my vehicle in and out in under the time that they promised. They also were able to recommend a decent place to eat nearby so that I could sit in air conditioning while waiting.”
