Left a message on 5/14/24 at 12 PM to inquire about an address change. No return call as of 5/15/24 AM, so I call again and leave a message at 9:30 AM. No return call, had to go to the bank to get my question answered and address changed. I get a call at 3:56 PM from Kelly and advised my frustration of not getting a call back in a reasonable time frame over 2 days and her response was “well you would have to come in anyway.” Okay, so we just don’t return calls in a timely manner? Not acceptable.

The Manager John has been here for many years, and he always goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of. Very classy and professional guy. The team are very energetic, helpful, and super friendly. They are all always laughing. You can feel the good vibes as soon as you walk in. Best bank in Delran!

Love the staff, everyone is very welcoming and sweet. The only reason I took a point off is because the drive through system needs some work. It can be very slow especially if you want to just get to the front side of the bank. The only way you can get to the front from the parking lot itself is through the drive through. Which makes it frustrating if you get stuck waiting in there.

They just slow sometimes it’s not a lot staff members but they customer service is not horrible at all!! A lot of y’all are exaggerating relax or go to a different branch if you want them to move fast but the service is good just slow lol
