This place is sucks owner told me payment did go through on card it was confirmed later it did but it sucks because I paid with another card when he said one did work so got charged twice plus he want 25 dollars for 5 pack of coils rip off I can get 5 pack online for 6.99 I would not used debit cards

I love this place!! The energy was great, the experience was awesome, wonderful products, and Sam's customer service was the best I've experienced in this industry! I love the fact that you're able to try some of the vape flavors before buying them! I definitely recommend this smoke shop as it's my new favorite place!

I was in there yesterday Saturday May 7th. He told me 15$ for a zz bar. I checked my account the next day and 41$ is pending. Not picking up the phone.

Yesterday I was overcharged on my card by 200$ I didn't notice until later that night after the shop was closed. I went next morning, I explained to the owner and he investigated the situation and found the transaction. I tell you this guy was so concerned, apologetic and helpful. The empathy he displayed for my situation you can tell it was an HONEST mistake. We all make mistakes so I wasn't angry. My bank wanted to dispute the charges and it would take up to 30 to 90 days for the 200$ to be posted on my card. BUT this Stand up guy said let the transaction stay, here is cash!!!! Right there he gave me the 200$ over charge back in cash. He even offered a few free low cost items. That is TRUE customer service and owning up to your mistake. That was my third time there and the prices are fair and they have almost everything you think a smoke shop should have. The atmosphere is nice , the customer service is great and honest and they bargain with you. I will continue to shop here. Best smoke shop in the area!!
