I arrived the night before my 7am delivery. They have overnight parking and for those of you that may need to sit down in the porta potty, I have NEVER seen a clean 1 with no smell in my life until today. Just for the parking alone they get a positive review ??

Very unprofessional. A shipping clerk becamedefensive because I was questioning his coworker as to why I needed to sign a statement to operate loading equipment that I wasn't familiar with. The company tries to cloak the request, saying that it's an OSHA requirement. Totally not true in the context that they put it in. OSHA is for company employees. I don't work for their company. Furthermore, my presence on your facility grounds doesn't allow a corporation to dictate how federal laws are interpreted. I shouldn't have to be subject to aggressive behavior, a disrespectful tone, and misinterpreted rules to perform my subcontracted agenda. For a shipping clerk to threaten a driver that if you don't sign the form, they will not unload your trailer and that you can take the delivery back where you got it from is a bit much. What the company forgot to do was to add a line on that same form that says, "I waive my right and ability to utilize facility equipment for said purposes." That form was obviously written to protect the company, but they don't have the right to make a subcontractor liable on paper in an effort to force the fee of having their workers perform the equipment operations. And, my unloading was stopped midway through the process so the workers could have their 20 minute break. What's the point of scheduling a delivery appointment that coincides with a prescribed work stoppage? The drivers drive hours aren't taken into consideration at all by any shipper or receiver. Why do i have to lose my drive time because of someone's break. I can't wait to hear what OSHA has to say about this. I will be reporting this to them.

My first time posting a negative post on a place. HORRIBLE, SLOW, and RIP OFF! Took them 4.5 hours to unload 20 pallets and charged over $1000 in lumping fee. Guy beside me was $240 for 6 pallets. Hope to not be sent here again!

I unloaded my self and I hade about 30 pallets to unload. But the lady made me brake down the pallets into 3 or 4 pallets out off one. Wish don't make sense if they want to save slot space. Plus when the lumper unload the same pallets they don't brake it down. I don't know if it's something against the driver unloading there own trucks or me or if it's really the process.
