They give you an honest answer of what’s wrong with your car and suggest the best way to fix with affordable (not how most of the dealerships charges so much and untrustworthy). They will really help you fix your car. Unfortunately for mine, they couldn’t fix my ignition switch because they couldn’t find any replacement parts since I have a really old car but I’m still thankful because of how John was trying hard to find parts and fix my car. They also didn’t charged me anything for that which I was surprised but thankful at the same time. Lastly, they also fixed some small parts of my car that I didn’t tell them to fix with no charge. From the get-go, my salesman, Jonathan Chan, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave me all the details of the car I was interested in (which I eventually purchased). Together with Chris Hreiz at the finance department, they worked out a price that was within my budget which I appreciate given that I am in college. There were no hidden fees; Chris and John were transparent from the start.
I had to get the car serviced for a brake job, and I used their service department. Great quality service as well! They employ knowledgeable mechanics who know the ins and outs of cars, and I am very happy with their work! While I was waiting for my car to be ready, Justin at the service department took good care of me and offered to have someone drive my dad and me to a place for lunch. I was also offered a loaner vehicle.
If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I'd definitely recommend this place! A great team to work with; I could not thank you all enough!”

I called them for an appointment to get an estimate and was told that I could bring the car right away.I met with Alexa and she assured me that they could deal with my insurance and get everything fixed promptly.Within 1 week, the car was fully repaired and all of the cost was covered by my insurance (less my deductible). Short of filing an incident with my insurance company (who initially low-balled my repairs), I did not have to deal with anything!Plus, Alexa and all the whole staff were so professional and caring throughout the process!Five stars all the way!!!”

“I have 3 Mazdas (used to have 4) and they all are serviced by this Mazda. They do great work here. I like that they have their coupons online. The desk is always friendly and do a great job at explaining what needs to be done and whether something can wait a bit longer. I feel like they treat my cars as though someone in their families were driving them. Never had a problem with any work.I don't like their Sales Dept though. I've always found a better price (like in the thousands) at other nearby Mazdas. Plus they did an intimidation thing to me (female) where I was taken to "meet the manager" and he's in his office with five guys to talk about pricing. Doesn't stand. But I was in there with an audience of men, talking about pricing. It was weird, uncomfortable, and rude. I won't go back to them.”
