I wanted to bring my car to my own auto body. But the insurance allstate insisted on these guys. My wife was hit in the back by a truck. The car was making a rattle sound which we told them was our number one concern. They gave us the car back with the noise and gave me a pat on the back and said it's guaranteed. I called them and said the noise was still there and they said bring it in tuesday. The day before my appointment the insurance and this auto body shop called on three way and said don't bring it in because It's the sun roof and that has nothing to do with the accident. My wife's back hurts because the impact from the truck was So hard and it shook something loose in the sun roof I guess. They now say only the work they did is guaranteed not what they missed when they gave us the car back with the same noise we showed them lol. Our lexus never sounded like a hooptie. Should have went to my own auto body shop. I am so disappointed now. All my reviews for every other business are positive including my review of the auto body I wanted to go to. I wish this one could have been good but I feel they tricked me to get the job and they had no intention of ever fixing that noise.

My car was not fixed properly. They gave me my car back with a noise that I told them occured after a truck hit me in the back.

Mario was very attentive, keeps you updated and works with you 100% of the way through. I’ve been meaning to post this review for some time now. I’ve had the worst luck with my new 2024 Audi A5 this year & KMG rescued me TWICE! First event (not even 3 months into owning the car was in March 24)was a hit and run where I needed a new new door because of the dents placement which they fixed perfectly! Second event (September 24) was a fender bender that took out my passenger side mirror and some fender damage, both were replaced and flawless! They also detailed the car both times after completing repairs. Shoutout to Kimberly & Mario for going above and beyond with following up with the insurance company to cover payment for the fender bender & for setting me up with the enterprise rental. Big kudos to the KMG team for always coming through & although I hope I won’t be in a situation I’ll need them again, if the time comes I’ll definitely go back. Thanks again!!

Brought my truck to the shop, needed bodywork done on my durango, all the staff was very kind and quick to help. Guided me throughout the claim process with my insurance and helped me set up a loaner through enterprise that’s just around the corner. Amazing spot, got my truck new tailgate, rear window and much more in no time. Also did a full detail on the house! Could not have been more pleased with a quality of work and timeliness! 10/10 recommend
