I’d give it zero stars if I could. This man here looks mad that he has to do his job. When I was returning a rental, I asked to join the wifi because there was no reception and I had to Uber home. He mumbled “no, you can’t have it”. Didn’t even say thank you for your business, have a great day, just nothing. Don’t waste your money here.

Ridiculous service. I rented a compact car for them to tell me they don’t even carry small cars. What is the purpose of wasting peoples times allowing them to rent a small car. The guy didn’t even try to help.

Terrible service.
I rented a vehicle with an all-inclusive rate. They did not deliver the EZPASS, and I had to pay the fines. Even though the mistake was Hertz's.
