Spanish manager working on 7/20 at 10am was very rude didn’t answer any questions I had about my mail told me to move and change my address if I had a problem with my mail wouldn’t give me the customer service number

The USPS should not deliver Amazon packages.For some reason, Amazon can find my apartment but the USPS, using the same address, can not.I don't know what the reason but the People working for the USPS should figure it out. Situations like this will be used in the NEAR FUTURE to have robots & drones replacing All Of Them.
