The parking lot is very small and very packed. The woman behind the counter, Debbie, also had a very poor attitude as well as Customer service skills. She and another customer exchanged words about her tone. She also answered the phone while I was in there and had an attitude with whoever was on the other end. She seemed more concerned about how long her day was. It was a very uncomfortable place to be.

Don't come here on a Saturday, the lady here ALWAYS has something to say about my packages like today "you're supposed to take the fragile sticker off" like why does that even matter?! You take it off lady, it's not a big deal. She's just rude and you can tell she doesn't want to be there

I am so upset!! Two days in a row mail was delivered to the front of my house, where there is no mailbox! Made us late on our bills!! Didn’t even pick up mail in back. When I yelled to him to come back(he looked right at me & kept going.)!! This happened on the 29 & 30th of July!! Very, very upset!!

Worst experience! The lady that “helped” me was miserable and hated her job. I am a new home buyer and needed to change mail address and she refused to help me, told me to call someone else (without specifying who I should call). Then proceeded to laugh at me face. Do not go here unless you like mean old ladies.

Urghhhh the most recent horrible experience: I set up a week mail hold 3 days in advance in person at the in town post office for my address. Mail was delivered every single day! The last day of the mail hold I happen to catch the carrier and I'm asked "are you guys on a hold?" I say yes we were supposed to be but it was delivered every single day and it's supposed to be lump delivered next week. I'm told "ohh I just got the hold form on my desk this morning" ummmm it was stamped BY THE POST OFFICE EMPLOYEE 10 DAYS AGO, this was the last day to hold all mail. I'm handed today's delivery with a package that was scanned before it swapped into my hands. I go inside and it's NOT EVEN FOR MY ADDRESS! It's for an address several streets over.
