The store was way better before they understaffed everyone, everything takes forever now, can't find someone to help because everyone is busy taking customers, they added self checkout but it doesn't take cash so it takes just as long if not longer now that they have less cashiers available. The workers are fine, it's whoever decided to cut all the staff that really messed things up!

Been here a couple of times as of late. Had to return some items. They have turned 3 registers into self service kiosks which is great! Not for those paying cash or customers with returns. The day I needed to return I had an appointment, thought I would stop in return and leave. There was a woman that bought a whole bunch of stuff for a nonprofit. Needless to say waiting in line 30 minutes before they helped the return (me) and cash paying customers was a bit much. I am a patient person, but was really annoyed. They just kept yelling out you can use the self serve kiosk, what happened to customer service?

Staff is always pleasant, don't mind waiting in line for a few minutes if they are taking care of someone else. I appreciate the fact they are always there to help.

Problems all the time I have to go to Michaels. Other Michaels such a pleasure. No one is ever around to help you! Always a line at the register and online ordering with curbside pickup takes days to be ready. And forget about ever calling on the phone they always put you on hold for 20+ minutes. I wind up hanging up. Not sure if anyone ever comes on!

The staff is always very nice and understanding during these crazy times. Yes if you go in there on the weekends on their busy times they will be backed up cause they are low on cashiers. But they always do a great job getting the line down fast.
