I had an okay visit here the first time last yr so i came back since my dr is in the same building. First of all, the bathroom was dirty. Toilet did not flush, no water for the sink to wash hands. It was not sanitary to say the least. Second, it’s been a wk since my blood work and ive left vm to see whats going on, they don't answer. Next, today they finally answered the first time I called but swiftly hung up the call. It took me 7 minutes, total of 10 calls before they answered again, they weren’t able to give info and no accountability as to what happened to my bloodwork because someone else was in on that day. Instead gave me a number for customer service.

This is not a Labcorp friendly to those disabled, or the elderly. They will call you in when there aren’t any rooms ready, and make you stand in a line for rooms to open. Not sure how this process makes sense, when you have individuals who have trouble walking and standing coming in.

Very disrespectful place the lady at the front desk ask me to step out while I waited for my parents non English speaker and also my mom with Parkinson desease, just because my 2 year old son was crying, I did my best to keep him quiet the whole time we were there but he is a baby. If she or anybody else can’t deal with babies crying or moving they should not go into the healthcare path.

My Fiance is a very hard stick. Everywhere we go almost ALL professionals have an extremely hard time finding a vein for bloodwork or IV. Not only does he get stuck over and over again, he is constantly uncomfortable and sometimes in agonizing pain. However, at this Lab Corp location, this was our second visit where we got the same gentleman staff member (I wish I got his name) who stuck him and successfully got him immediately for very important bloodwork. I couldn’t believe my eyes and neither could my fiance. This location in Orange, Nj is definitely our go to spot. It is such a comfort to know we can get the care and service needed. We 100 percent recommended!

I along with my wife had the pleasure of having our biometric screening done by Johns. My wife had to have blood drawn the day prior at a hospital and they bruised her pretty good after fishing for a vein for a few minutes. Johns found a different vein within seconds and extracted her sample just as quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this location as they were prompt and professional.

I came here a few months ago with my mom as I have severe agoraphoria so leaving the house for me is a huge goal let alone getting inside a public place .. the lady was so so so rude she didn’t make me feel comfortable at all wish u call you give 0 They made my experience so bad telling me I needed to grow up like wow .. I’m sorry put anxiety etc is very real! And just because you never experienced it doesn’t mean you have to be so harsh

Appointments do not mean anything. Waited a hour and half just to not be seen. Location is too small. 12 people sitting and standing in lobby waiting to be helped. There was a line from the bathroom and rooms from the back. Staff are rude. Made another appointment while waiting in lobby at a different location and was in and out in 15 mins.

Highly do not recommend this location!! First they put the wrong name on my 3 year old blood work had to get that situated now their telling me he has to get blood work done again because they did not collect enough blood to perform the tests !!! When they took 8 tubes worth of blood how isn’t that enough?!!!!

My daughter has to get routine bloodwork since she was a baby, so as a parent I've experience techs (phlebotomists) from different labs, including from NICU and emergency room. The techs here are nice, and the manager Jhons is very nice, knowledgable, and knows how to take blood. They give stickers to kids after blood is withdrawn, and have kids bandages, like bandages shape in crayons, which makes it fun for children. There is a parking lot. I like the self check-in tablets this lab has so you can check in right away. It has this feature where you can choose to wait in the car after you check in, and the lab will text you to come in when your up next. Some days this place gets busy. On the none busy days, with a few people ahead of me, I'm out in about 30-40 mins. Some techs here know how to take blood from children better than others, but from experience with my daughter, that happens in any lab, honestly. From my experience with my daughter, for a tech to be good at taking blood from children, it seems to be a skill gained from experience. From baby till about 2 yrs old, I took my daughter to a pediatrition lab a few times, and there were techs there that needed help cause they couldnt find my daughters vain, and in one occassion, the tech poked her multiple times trying to find it. So it's definitly a skill gained from experience, and not learned from taking a course. My daughter recently had blood taken from this lab corp, and she had multiple blood work that needed to be done in one session. That meant multiple tubes of blood needed to be filled. The tech did a great job in one arm, poked only once, and filled multiple tubes, but it was early in the morning, and my daughter didnt drink enough water, and two more tubes needed to be filled, but blood stop flowing. She couldnt find the vain in the other arm, and didnt attempt to poke anywhere, so she asked a fellow tech to help her, which I totally respected her humbleness in asking for help. And she stayed to help and watch. I respect anyone in any profession who doesn't act like they know what their doing, and instead asks for help, or tells you that they will find out for you. So as long as I continue to live in this area, I will continue to take my daughter here, and recommend this lab.
