Huge thank you to TopShelf!! When I brought my truck to them it was a mess, it had scratches and white paint overspray all over it from the previous owner. It took them 3 days of relentless work to make it look new! Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!

I used there service once before in the beginning of the COVID last year and the lady that detailed my car Rosie was so detailed Oriented that my car look like it came out the dealership again, I was so shocked I gave her a $50 tip I immediately referred all my friends and family.Now I have a brand new truck a small SUV I made an appointment one week ahead of time I was quoted $185 because it was an SUV I even drop my car off the night before the day of my appointment I receive a phone call 8 AM in the morning which woke me up out of my sleep from the owner and a very irate tone unprofessional tone asking me what quote Did his employee give me he then says very disrespectful he gave me the wrong quote And that my SUV needed and lotta work done to it, remind you my truck is a 2020 rav 4 , I just got it less than a year and it’s still barely new And it’s not junkie or the seats have no stains , I really just want to keep my truck up and having it still look brand new, he was so unprofessional when he called me in the morning he never even had told me how much more it was going to be so he finally said $200 altogether instead of honoring what was quoted to me. As he was hanging up I over here him in the background Saying to someone what’s going on with everybody this morning the owner clearly doesn’t know how to communicate professionally and clearly.I called around 2 PM to ask if my truck was ready they told me no and that they will call me to come pick it up.I received a phone call around 4:06 PM to pick up the truck, I then let them know I was in Cherry Hill I wasn’t far and I was will be on my way, less than two minutes later I received a phone call from the owner yelling in my ear, that he was about to leave and when he leaves his whole team leaves I let him know that they just called me to come get the car and what was the problem he then proceeded to scream in my ear again saying I have to go through traffic and he does not care, he will lock my car up, and continued screaming saying he will lock my car up, and that he was the owner for over 30 years , he clearly needs to retire , at this point I’m very confused because he was acting like he was doing me a favor or he was upset with me in maybe a pass life or something, when I am the customer and they just called me to come get the car, when I arrived they was outside wiping down three different cars at his facility not looking like it was closed to me, I live in Philadelphia And I could’ve took my car anywhere but because Rosie who I requested to do my car did such a great job with my last car I was going to make that my permanent detailing shop I’m still confused because his unprofessionalism and ignorance was very uncalled for!It’s almost like he woke up with an attitude and had an attitude the whole day he treats his customers like we are doing him a favor I will never go there again I already called my friends and family and told them do not go! one of my nieces had an appointment and I told her to cancel the owner is very very disrespectful he does not know how to talk to people! It's a black owned Business and he really makes black businesses look terrible.Service: Auto detailing

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for an interior detail and when I arrived for my appointment Kev was very rude and told me that he wasn't going to be able to get to my car because one of their workers had been out sick for a few days. I had gotten there first thing in the morning and wasted my time and gas going to this place. He told me he didn't feel the need to call his customer to let them no they weren't going to be able to get serviced, even though they made an appointment. The staff there is very rude and careless. The woman who took my appointment was rude as well and had no idea what she was doing. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and go somewhere else.
