Used to live coming here until today paid for interior and exterior wash got it my car looked the same as when I drove in told someone she called one guy over he complained and barely did anything then said I have to pay extra to have the interior cleaned and four to five other employees were just sitting eating ice cream. And it was slow. Sucks that they replaced all their employees with lazy people

Today was my first and last time coming tothis establishment. It was quite busy for Tuesday morning, which I thought was reassuring. However, the work is pretty disappointing. I got the best package which includes interior cleaning and vacuuming and that definitely did not happen (see photos below). There is also still a fair bit of pollen and bird poop on the exterior of my car. They offer to clean again if you are not satisfied and if I had the time I would have tried but I also imagine that would have been difficult because English is clearly no one’s first language.

White glove is the best car wash by far! They cost the same or less, and actual people ACTUALLY clean your car- crazy right? Vacuum, wipe everything inside, tires- u name it!

To the very best in the business , been coming here for a long time now ans they never disappoint. Always an a class experience gumarp and crew are like family I love coming here because they go above and beyond with each single car wash , I won’t go any place else I cross the bridge over into nj just to come here.

I'm throughly disappointed with this White Glove location. There's no way anyone can make me believe after paying almost $93.00 for my vehicle to be Mini Detailed, Buffed and Leather Conditioned that I should be seeing dirt marks on my vehicle and when I said something to the worker he said no that won't come off however once I got home and used a wet towel the debris came off. I opened the trunk to put some groceries in the trunk and that's when I noticed dirt..For the price I paid I could have went to have my vehicle fully detailed, this is an disgrace.

Friendly, fast, great! A little high in price, but during the winter months, it's worth it not to have to freeze my hands off only to find the wash brush is frozen up. There's a bathroom and coffee as well.

Absolutely the worst joke of a car wash I've ever experienced. They told me to ask the guys who dry the car off after it exits the wash to clean the windows. I asked them and got a total attitude and they ignored me and walked away. The entire front of the car was soaked and never even touched and the car left looking like it did before it came to the wash. Very sad and shouldn't be allowed to be open or in business taking/ stealing customers hard earned money

When I first moved around this area in 2021, this was my go to car wash.
Now, idk if it’s the workers or vaccums/products but the interior of my car only look like the rugs were vacuumed-literally that’s it.
That seems like most car washes in the area though unfortunately.

I like this car wash because they take the car thru. However the manager is rude and disrespectful. Also I came to get my car washed yesterday Wed. 1/24/024 at 3pm and they were closed. No message as to why. I have the membership and because they are far away I don’t come that often so was disappointed I drive all the way and couldn’t get my car washed. I should get a refund for it.

They didn't vacuum the car out or clean the windows or anything properly. I asked the manager if they could redo it and vacuum the dirt that was in there before I handed them the car and he was absolutely rude and told me. "Just don't come back here no more anymore". That's all,. "Don't come back here. I don't care". The service is poor and the management is even worse.
