I was waiting in the lobby. A male greeted me as he was exiting an office. He came back and introduced himself and asked if i needed assistance. I mentioned that I moved and wanted to make changes to my account. In a professional and pleasant manner he took me to his office and we completed the process. His name is John and he is the branch manager at the bank. Thank you John for going out of your way to provide excellent customer service.

The teller Mary refused to cash a check from Carvana stating that Carvana’s check are “deposit only” and “per Carvana’s account it wouldn’t allow a check to be cashed and there was no ability to override”. Which was a lie, I contacted Carvana they knew of no such stipulations. I called this branch to get for clarification and the banker I spoke with backed the teller and this fictitious policy and suggested that I cash the check elsewhere because there’s nothing further Wells Fargo could do. Nevertheless, I visited another branch where I was taken care of respectfully and the check was cashed without any issue, there was no reason the check couldn’t have been cashed.I’m not sure why I was turned away but these employees should be trained properly and more willing to be helpful.

This branch is great! My friend was in rehab and needed to cash a check. She didn't have a wheelchair with her nor did the branch. I went inside and explained the situation and Sophmore (hoped I spelled that correctly) was wonderful & no stress involved. She cashed our check and returned to our car with cash. We were so grateful. Thank you Sophmore for your great customer service ?and making it easy for us.

About a month ago, I walked in and told them that I wanted to open a checking account. They gave me weird looks and told me that I had to set up an appointment. Around 20 minutes later, I had a new checking account at TD Bank. My wife and I still laugh about this weird experience at this Wells Fargo branch.

They are the worst! Have you tried to take money out of the ATM lately? If you don't know about the text message they decline you and lock out your card. Then you need to spend 20 minutes on the phone with them to get it fixed. Terrible banking experience, time to find a new bank I guess.

I recently needed to go to Wells Fargo to have a check endorsed. After stopping at the Haddonfield branch, I was very disappointed. But my experience at the Cherry Hill branch has been the exact opposite. The Branch Manger, John, has made my two visits here seamless and pleasurable. The other staff here has also been friendly and accommodating.

There's a banker / notary by the name of Jerry P Wacura. His customer service was unsatisfactory. He was very negative, had a horrible demeanor, was impatient, rude, and not informative when he notarized a document for me and my boyfriend. He was scoffing at it because he only had to notarize one page. This dude was acting as if he was doing something special when all he's doing is stamping a piece of paper, but I guess it makes him feel important. I think he needs to be trained on how to provide good customer service instead of making customers feel uncomfortable and offended. Excuse my language, but scary Jerry is a complete Jackass.
