Joe Noverati in service is excellent at his job. I had some issues with my fleet company while trying to get my truck service and he handled it like a pro every step of the way. I felt informed every step of the way and even though it was a total pain he didn't flinch and treated me like I was priority rather than an annoyance. Great job Joe. Winner Ford has my business.

Fixed my car in timely manner when another dealership failed to do so. Diagnosed and corrected the issue I was having, service department was a delight to deal with. Great service, will definitely use again!

I bought a 2014 Lincoln MKZ with 60k miles from these guys, within a few weeks it started shifting badly so I took it to a transmission shop that I've used before and I trust- this is what he found all over the transmission- they were trying to hide something!!! And they claimed when I pitched the car that it had full inspection and an oil change- the tech must of been blind not to see this!. The car needed a full transmission rebuild- these guys play games and this time they got caught!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! These guys are thrives and these pictures prove it! Oh and they claim the tech that worked in the car doesn't work there anymore! How convenient!

Straight up low key SCAM ARTISTS I bought a used Dodge Durango for $19,000 and it has given me nothing but issues since June... they've tried to fix it twice in a period of almost 4 months. They're procrastinating and lollygagging...long story short they have driven it more than I have. I requested a refund and they refused. They basically told me to lawyer up.

I had a very recent experience with the Winner Ford body shop. I could not be any more complimentary: high quality repair work, reasonable cost, and a courteous and professional staff. I compared their estimate with that of a nearby shop. Winner's was $350. less. I made the right choice.

We just bought a new SUV from Winner and I have to say that they had the best prices in the tri-state area (I seriously checked everywhere). We picked out the exact vehicle we wanted from their inventory and went over there. Rick helped out, and he quickly understood that we knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. Rick skipped all the salesman run around and set us up with a deal we could all feel good about. Drove out in a new Ford and would definitely go back for our next vehicle. Additionally, they have really upgraded the dealership and added several areas to relax while waiting and even have a no cell room in case you need to do some work while there.

If I wasnt forced to give one star by this app. I would have given none. We WERE loyal return customers to Ford . No more, ever again. Winner Ford..which as a name is a total joke should be renamed L**** Ford..because everything about the experience is demeaning and dehumanizing. The usual " car salesman" as a sleazy con man applies here . We were made to feel uncomfortable from the moment we walked in the door, the facility has been upgraded but the salesforce didn't keep up. After a disappointing 6 hour afternoon and walking out with no deal for a new vehicle we brought our business elsewhere. That was the smartest move we could make. My advice..Stear clear of this place and buy or lease someplace else.

After searching multiple Ford dealerships, I finally found the 2019 Ford Edge I wanted at Winner Ford in Cherry Hill. We hcalled the dealership ahead of time to inquire about the specific vehicle I was interested in and were transferred to Sales Rep, Essi Salavati. He confirmed that they had the vehicle on the lot and answered all of our questions. A few days later we called him back to see if he was in because I wanted to take it for a test drive. Even though Essi was not working, he came in and got the vehicle ready for us to look at- talk about great customer service! The dealership was easy to find and everyone was very welcoming upon our arrival. When looking at the vehicle, Essi was very knowledgeable with explaining all of the features. He even demonstrated the self-park feature which was awesome. After the test drive, we sat down and talked until we reached an agreed upon price with Essi and Sales Manager, Lavern Ford. Winner Ford has many rebates and promotions and they took the time to see what I was eligible for to get me the best deal. A couple days later, I went back to Winner Ford to finish the paperwork with Essi, Lavern and Doug Traher, a Financial Specialist. Doug was very friendly and the paperwork was a breeze. After everything was finalized, I drove away feeling like a winner in my new Ford Edge. My first new car buying experience was AWESOME thanks to Essi! Thanks Winner Ford!!

I went into winner ford on 2/14/18 to discuss my transmission recall. Nick the service manager said to leave the dealerahip because I was no longer wanted here because i owed 500.00 to a problem with my transmission which they originally blamed as my fault for abuse. I explained about the downshifting at high speed and input shaft broke . I paid 1500 cash. I refused to pay. Turns out out there is a formal recall now. This is the kind of customer service care you should expect from this dealership.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. Purchased a used vehicle that needed a new motor just 1 week after purchasing the vehicle. Was not kept informed of what was going on throughout the process, and was asked only after the vehicle was completed if I was given a loaner vehicle, which they told me I should have. After finally hearing from the manager, he apologized for not returning my calls, because they were dealing with structural changes within the company. As a consumer, and a paying customer, that should never be felt by myself. But I am being left with dealing with the negative results of what was going on internally. Very poor way to do business. I would suggest staying away.
