This was my first mortgage that I’ve had it was an investment property and had a lot of moving parts. Very grateful for meeting John and James they did such a great job and helping me get my multi family.. although the paperwork was a bit overwhelming at times making sure it was under written properly and within compliance I give it up to these guys because they work their tails off to get it done for me. I myself am a worry wart and sometimes would need to call multiple times a day and question things just to make sure I was doing everything that I needed to do properly they were there for me every step of the way and they would call me and take my calls with no sweat. They are very professional and a great team.. I will be using you guys again for sure God willing. Thank you and I wish you two and your entire staff a great 4Q of the year.
