Had my 2022 Ram Rebel in for a check engine light. Apparently it was a sensor or two. Price was crazy high, however it was inline with Dodge’ quote (Then again everything cost more than it should in this Biden/Harris environment). The price is the price, Balducci fixed the issue, I’ll go back again.

I can't say enough about Balducci's Total Car Care. They diagnosed the issues my car was having correctly and fixed everything and really made me feel like comfortable with all repairs. If you're looking for an honest, reputable and trustworthy auto service center, Balducci's Total Car Care is the place you want to be.

Called in for service on a Thursday late afternoon, car wouldn't start. Had it towed in the next day and my vehicle was fixed the same day. Great service.

I really enjoyed the process of getting my car serviced at Balducci. I had an AC problem and they were very friendly, reasonable and informative about dealing with the problem. I'm still not 100% sure if it's fixed for good (that comment is nothing to do with Balducci, it's just that my car is a Volvo known for major AC issues -- which often can be difficult to diagnose) but I appreciate that Balducci did professional diagnostic work and did a reasonably priced repair to hopefully fix the issue. If I do need to do a more in-depth AC repair or other car work requiring a professional in the future, I will definitely bring it here first.

Took my car here to get fixed a awhile back I went here before so I assume there would be no problems days went by abd nothing about it after some week I called them and they said the car was done but yet never called me first red flag because I could not pick it up right away it stayed there for a week or so when I got car back it was a mess they left parts all over my back seat didnt even vaccum it they fixed my drivers side window that was not put in right and my passenger window is mess up that never had a problem until I took it there all because I'm mixed they felt the need to do this don't even know anything about me but this is how they keep customers treat the ones they feel are not worthy never again will I go here

Balducci's is an excellent place for car maintenance. I really love that they provide a report that details the condition of your car, making it easy to determine what needs to be fixed/repaired/replaced. The staff is friendly, professional, knowlegeable and it makes a big difference to the level of service provided.
