Always liked this dry cleaner they raised their prices 2.00 a piece since February! The price is not listed on the store or register! The only way I knew is I asked because the price was high ! Very unfair to loyal customers! It is so not right to not advertise your prices!

Their constant price increase does not equal the level of service. The weekday morning staff employees are much nicer than those on the weekend.

great price, however, my items are never pressed nicely especially at the neckline where it really shows! I've had to bring items back for a redo.

Do not go here. They claimed to “clean” my leather jacket and returned it to me, paid with no evidence of it being cleaned and still smelling. I don’t appreciate being lied and ripped off.

Took all my dry cleaners . Was charged over $65.00 to get back not only wrinkle clothes but still dirty. They only pressed my clothes and hung it on hangers. Very dissatisfied and disgusted.

I have been a customer since 2006 and have been wonderfully pleased with their work. I worked for a dry cleaner in college and am a bit particular about how clothes are processed. This company has always had an eye for detail and our clothes have returned well cared for and well pressed. I highly recommend it!

Horrible experience with these people! I took table covers once (108” round”) I paid 8.00 each. I go back to JUST PRESS my table covers.. this time I took less I took 18 pieces I got charged 10.00 each so prices randomly went up in nomore then 1 month in a half. Anyways I was attended by young man JT. I take one in, I said “hey, I need 18 of these pressed by Friday, any chance they can get done by Friday?” He gives me the ehh face he then says hold on I’ll ask. He comes back and says yes we can do it, I said great I need them before 5:00pm he charges me up takes all 18 of my coversThat Friday at 11:00am I called and said hey I wanted to know if my covers are done or do you guys need more time, I was told they are not gonna be done until that following Monday at this point. I just got frustrated. I was ready to to go and decorate my clients event and was just waiting for that. So here I am asking why? I was told it be done by Friday! So JT never informed them according to them, when clearly he went to the back to ask! So long story a bit shorter I said I am running out of time, I needed them pressed for that date and now I have to get plan b… so I tell them I’m on my way to pick up and I want full refund… come to find out they tell me my order is in another location ?? so here I have to go out my own way to pick up at the other location and the other location will be responsible for my refund… now I’m furious because I didn’t do business with the other location… (NOW WE TALKING ABOUT CHERRY HILL LOCATION ANY GARMENT) I go to pick up I asked are you refunding my my payment? No because it was washed! ??? Washed? Who asked you guys to washed when clearly I told the other location just a press because I just took them that Monday for wash and dropping off to get pressed. So I get home and had to rush ironing my table covers… mind you I go to hang them as I count to iron because it didn’t cross my mind when I picked up and didn’t think that location would screw me over to… I’m now down to 15 covers instead of 18… did I have time to call and ask for it? No! Why because now I am almost late to iron and get to my event. So here we are Monday, they call me from cherry hill asking if I had 2 pieces that did not belong to me because they are sure they had it mixed with my stuff. So here I go explaining to her how I am missing 3 pieces she then ask me how much I paid for my order I tell her tax included 181.99 to be exact! She now tells me oh we have that you brought 19 to us and at this point I’m already annoyed because I’m missing 3 your telling me it was 19 but then you know I had 18 because I told you what I paid but then she continues to tell me she believes I have the other 2 piecesMam I run a business I was working with one location and somehow it ended up else where without my consentI had to go out my way to pick up someone’s mistake for not taking their job serious hiring people who don’t know what they are doingClearly I told you last minute I had to go out my way one more time to cover for the 3 pcs I was missing and you still telling me you think I have the other 2 piecesBut yet she tells me she has my 2 in hand?So my question now is where is the third piece? And where is the other customers 2 pieces?They will no longer have my services again.! They need to hire people who are not kids because they all look like kids in front desk and they need to be a lot more organized and understand that if you didn’t get notified that your order will be sent to another location, you do not have their consent to do so!
