“We called countrywide relocation for our move from Massachusetts to North Carolina. We talked with Cat in the office who was very knowledgable about how we should pack our things and what we needed to do to make sure everything made it to North Carolina in one piece. We were quoted a price per cubic foot of boxes and furniture. When the moving day was near I received a call from the driver asking if it was possible that they come a day early. This was fantastic as we were already packed and ready to go just sitting around waiting for the big day. When the movers arrives they came with one big guy and 2 smaller men about 5 feet tall. I have to say I am very very impressed!!! These guys lifted heavy boxes 2 at a time (atleast 50 pounds each) and brought them down the stairs at a jogging pace!!! These guys were little power houses!! They unloaded my entire house in 3.5 hours!!! I had a huge dresser that I had to scuff the wall making it up the stairs and thought there is no way it's coming down but they blanket wrapped it and everything else and got it down the stairs with 2 guys and not a single scratch. I have never seem mover work so fast and so hard!!! When it came time to pay the deposit (1/2 the price) I was told that because we had additional cubic feet it was going to be an extra 500. I had kinda planned on it coming out to more because it's very difficult to give a precise estimate over the phone by computer. So after seeing how hard these guys worked and knowing my stuff would have to be unloaded in North Carolina in 95 degrees I didn't mind the extra 500. This is literally my only minor complaint was that it was an extra 500 but if I think about it I actually did have a lot of stuff. Continuing on.. We got to North Carolina and I called Cat at the office to find out when our things would arrive to which she gave me the owners cell phone number. The next day I got a call from the driver saying my things would be arriving the following day :-) when my stuff arrives it was 95 degrees and hot and humid and the guys unloaded my stuff up to second floor in about the same time. When I unpacked my boxes nothing had been broken and everything worked! I am very very impressed! Like I said the extra 500 was my only minor squabble but when u consider how much stuff we have and how hard these guys worked it was completely worth it!! I would highly recommend country wide relocation llc and you should ask for cat when you call she is awesome! A couple extra things... Make sure u buy tv boxes like we did so the company doesn't have to sell u one, make sure u have a plastic bag for your mattress as well. We purchased these things from Home Depot at the direction of Cat and the movers blanket wrapped the tv and placed it in the boxes. The also put the mattress in the cover all we had to do is buy the cover at Home Depot. Any questions about how to pack something ask Cat she is great! I see that people are upset they had to pay for boxes.... If u do what they tell u and buy the boxes at Home Depot u won't have that issue. I would recommend this company to anyone moving and will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you Cat and the crew for a fantastic job!! It's not easy moving 750 miles and you guys made the process as painless as possible! Often times people only post the bad stuff on reviews but I was so impressed that I enjoyed posting this review.”
