My car is having mechanical issues so I called Heaven Towing to transport it back to my place house until I can find a mechanic to work on it. They fried my transmission when unloading the car (may have been on purpose; see explanation below) They unloaded the car and the owner, Omar, got in my car and turned it on (knowing the car was having mechanical issues with the clutch slave cylinder). He attempted to force the car into gear multiple times and grinded the gears until white smoke was visible rising from underneath the car. Omar then proceeded to exit the car and scream at me, attempting to absolve himself of any liability. I tried to start the car again and the car now DOES NOT START (it previously started, I have record/witnesses saying so). Luckily his partner Mikey was present. Mikey admitted to his partners negligence and offered to fix the car for a special price. He also told me that if anything else was wrong with the car (besides the clutch slave cylinder issues it was in the shop for) he would cover the cost. I asked them for their insurance information just in case the car is totaled, and they shut me down. I ordered the parts and I have been trying to get in touch with them for the past 3 days. They completely disappeared. This company claims to be an auto shop in addition to a towing service. They also buy cars that nobody wants apparently. My suspicion is that Omar intentionally fried my transmission to bring the cars value down so he could buy it for a cheaper price. Obviously, it is impossible to confirm whether or not it was intentional. I feel the need to mention this because Omar's conduct moving forward was hostile. Based on what I experienced I feel it was on purpose. Hope this helps someone.

Tow service was requested on my behalf by a fleet maintenance company. I waited over an hour and a half. (Heaven was only 5 miles away from my location according to Google maps) The hour and a half goes by then Heaven calls me and wants to argue towing rates with my fleet company with me as a middle man. After calling my fleet company back to get Heaven their higher rate, the wait begins again. Another hour goes by and they still haven't arrived. Eventually I had to cancel the tow request and request a different company. Second up on the list of lowest bidders was a company from Philly who showed up in under an hour.
