!Try to have your questions answered before showing up!
Went in for a new phone, already have a plan and everything, just needed to purchase a new phone & pay for it. The staff member completely botched my order with wrong billing, wrong shipping, & no confirmation/receipt. Basically had me make a purchase i did not consent to. I asked for billing/shipping & they said the purchase was made & cant be cancelled. I left the store not even knowing what purchase I made. I have to wait three days now to learn more & will have to make another trip to the store to straighten this out. I would think the process of ordering a phone would be simple, but the staff made the whole process more complicated. If you are dealing with IPhone, its probably better to just use an apple store. Horrible Experience.

Long wait times, pretty sure they let someone cut me, as i stood there waiting i couldn’t help but overhear the sleazy salesman trying to upsell these senior citizens. She didn’t want it, he kept pushing, now her cousins are on her bill and all getting new iPhones while her bill goes up $120. 4 employees talking to 1 customer each for 30 minutes, and one guy walking around doing nothing. The last time I was in the store had to be 10 years ago when I was still on my mom‘s phone bill and she made the remark that there wasn’t enough customer seating, and here we are 10 years later and there’s still not enough customer seating. And they didn’t have me wait for so long. I wouldn’t of wrote such a negative review but I have nothing else to do with my time besides stand here, not sitting, angry that my phones broken and I’m still waiting, and idk about you what else was I supposed to do? Don’t make me wait and I won’t bash your business.

Had a payment to send to Verizon, in order to do it I needed to go to Verizon store. I went to butler Verizon. Kevin took the time and patience with me to help me with the process, and so as for the other gentleman working there, they were all so nice to help me. Awesome people there ?????. Thank you ?

Had a sales person be so pushy that i tried to ask questions but he said he knew what I was going to say. He didn't. Talked over me constantly. Never introduced himself. I didn't buy a new phone from Daniel and I won't be back. He would do better at being a used car salesman.

In January of 2023 I purchased an Apple lightening cube at the Butler Verizon along with a bundle that included and iPhone 14, and Apple Watch, and an Apple iPad. Yesterday I plugged in the cube and it sparked fire and burned. When I went to Butler Verizon they were so unhelpful, nasty and rude. The woman employee told me she couldn’t even put in my phone number to check my account because it was over a year ago. She asked me if I plugged my cube into water!! I found the way I was treated to be unacceptable. I have been a customer there for 6 years at least and will NEVER set foot in there again! Thankfully I called Apple and they are standing by their product and replacing the cube. BUTLER VERIZON take note on good customer service. It’s key!

Just got ripped off at the Verizon store. Tried to go into the Verizon store to buy a simple phone protector but ended up paying for over $60. Wasn't even given options, just asked me to pay as if it was nothing. I felt like I was ripped off just because I was a teenager alone.

GREAT store will go nowhere else for my phone and problems I may have with it. Note it is not the phone it is me. As a senior citizen and not that knowledgeable George the store manager went above and beyond to help me. Also I believe the other person that assisted me was Andy/Bill I am named challenged. When I signed in the most time I had to wait for service was 10 minutes. If I could give them a TEN I would.

This is not you mall location for Verizon - but a genuine corporate owned location. Went there looking a the Pixel Smartwatch. Unfortunately, the display model wasn't working, and I couldn't see the way the screen looked. Well if you can believe the manager and my salesperson dismantled the little kiosk trying to get power to the thing. After a good effort, it was clear I wasn't going to see if I could mread the thing. That's when the salesperson said, take a look at this Samsung model, it has a similar display - boom sale made - no muss no fuss. I get all my phones here too - the folks are wonderful - give them a shot

Had the most amazing experience with Alvin. The whole staff was friendly and inviting. They were so busy and worked fast and hard to accommodate. Had to go back to store to trouble shoot an issue today. Didn’t get name of individual helping hit he was courtesy knowledgeable and so helpful. Fixed my issue fast .. he was a manager. And so kind

Went into the store because of the Galaxy phone,tablet,watch package promotion.We were taken care of by the manager of the store.First of all, this is a Verizon corporate store, second as I stated before we had the manger to help us. However he was no help. He had no idea about the promotion.I asked to see what size the tablet was and he never addressed it. He kept saying they only have the Samsung 9 pad. So I asked if that meant they were upgrading for free, he couldn’t answer me.He kept focusing on replacing the phone ( read the room, we were more interested in the pad part)When we finally got to talking about the phone he kept talking about the cost of the different versions.We asked him to show us the one that was “free” and he didn’t even get up to show us. He was pointing across the room and directed us to the wrong phone. I found us the right phone.We were ready to update our phone and get the pad as soon as we went into the store. However, with the gentleman’s attitude we quickly changed our minds. He made us feel like we were bothering him with asking him questions.It is such a shame we had great experiences at this location before. This gentleman made us decide to NEVER go to this location again. We are going ahead with the upgrade promotion but not at this store.Businesses need to remember customers are the reason you exist. No customers, no business.I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years so this experience was very disappointing.If you want a Verizon phone go to another location.

Literally never inside this store less than an hour. They staff ONE person and it takes hours to buy a phone as if they don't want commission.

Best to call Verizon for set up when you trade in for a new phone or a phone replacement they will walk thru it . buy phone accessories from Amazon a whole lot cheaper. the in store sales rep charged me over priced for a screen saver and phone cover
