I just bought a car and after 4 days I have problem with the car I went and I spoke with the sales manager the one who sold me the car and Iwas shocked to see guy who was so different from the one who sold me the car he was so nasty and he was yelling at me and he wanted to call the police for me and he doesn't want to fix the car his name is joe now the car is not safe to drive I don't advise anyone to go to this dealership because they such nasty people and that's why I went 3 times before I bought the car I never see anyone in the dealership please stay away from this dealership

Brian and Darlene have always been my go to for servicing my Grand Cherokee and Compass. They are patient and honest which is tough to find at a dealer. I will not hesitate to continue servicing there and will continue to recommend friends and family to go and see them too.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place is full of the most rude, inconsiderate, and inept employees i’ve ever interacted with. Brought my car here for service and nobody could give me a straight answer on what’s going or when I could pick it up. The “manager” Joe, (both of them cause there are 2) are both just straight up rude to customers who are frustrated with their horrible service. This place all around sucks and everyone here is rude and useless.
To the employees I mostly spoke to:
Joe (either one), you are rude and shouldn’t be manager if you speak to customers like this. Darlene, thanks for returning my call as per your promise (she didn’t). Seamus, you’re a nice guy but have no clue how to get back to a customer.
Just don’t go to this dealership.

My experience acquiring my car in Precision was amazing. Logan was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and made the process very smooth. We went through all the options of all the available vehicles and I decided on the Compass. Jeep has a great lineup of great vehicles, but I decided on the Compass. Awesome Keith!! He made the document process enjoyable. Logan and Keith made my car buying experience very satisfying. I left with the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. A very happy customer.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any car dealership. This dealership is so rude, disrespectful, unresponsive, and completely useless. They are also complete liars.
I dropped off my car on a Friday before leaving for vacation, I needed an oil change, fixed headlight, and the radio needed to be replaced because of a manufacturing issue. I said I needed it back by the following Friday afternoon.
On Monday, Seamus called saying that the oil change and headlight were done, but the radio would cost $2000 to replace. Due to my frustration of the cost, considering it is a manufacturing issue and no fault of my own, we asked if he could talk to his manager about a better solution.
Tuesday, Seamus calls me back and says he can buy a new radio on E-Bay for a cheaper cost. He said he would call me back the next day, because they might have to reschedule the replacement. On this phone call, the day after they called saying the oil change and headlight was done, they said they pulled the car back in and noticed the windshield wiper fluid was leaking "really bad" and needed to be replaced. Why did they even pull the car back in?
I waited for a phone call to see if the radio replacement needed to be rescheduled, and I never got one.
I called the dealership to get my car back on Friday and no answer. I let it go and thought I could just get it Saturday.
Saturday morning, I called the dealership 4 times before I was actually able to speak to someone. I told Darlene everything that had happened and that I needed the car back. She told me that she could not release the car. To us, because she didn't know if the radio was finished. Darlene told me she would call me back and never did.
I called the dealership back four hours later for an update, and Joe, the sales manager told me that Darlene had gone home for the day. Joe had no information for us whatsoever. He could not release the car, could not provide me with a loner car, and had absolutely no answers. He told us that we couldn't the car back until Monday IF it was ready.
Monday morning I called back and they proceed to tell me that they had not replaced the radio because I need to buy the part from E-Bay. Okay, why are you telling me this almost a WEEK after you told me you would buy the radio, and why did I have to be the one to call YOU!?
I told him I would absolutely NOT be letting them work on the car any longer and I will be picking up the car at 5:30. They proceed to tell me I could not pick up the car at 5:30 because they will be closed. They close at 6! When I arrived they were open.
Everyone I spoke to had an awful attitude and was incredibly rude from the start. Everyone there seems absolutely miserable. The coworkers have awful communication and have no respect for customers. I picked up my car today, after the dealership had it for 10 days, and the radio was not even replaced. So why couldn't they release the car when we called on Saturday? Honestly a disgraceful establishment.

Stay away from this dealer, Brian at service”checked my 100k drive train warranty” and said that the parts i needed were not cover by it mind you this is from Chrysler fiat not aftermarket warranty Wanted to charge me over $1,000.00 to fix it but i took my chances and decided to take it to another dealer for a second opinion well it so happens my truck parts that were needed were cover by the warranty!
Definitely stay away as Brian definitely likes to wash his hands! Look at pics email he sent me and my reply even on the reviews are bad on this place service department
