I have 6 accounts with them, every time I walk in this branch I live to regret it! wasted so much of my time with their incompetency.I kept banking there because I was too lazy to switch all my accounts but I can't keep wasting my time like this any longer.

Terribly managed location. I have used the WF location in East Windsor NJ and Bordentown NJ for notarization and the CS was top notch. I entered into the WF in Burlington at 4:20pm. Its was one teller with seven people in line. Finally, the one teller knocks on a door and asks for some help. Two more tellers pop out the room and get to their stations. I don't know what they were doing all that time. I waited 20 minutes before the employee Raj tells me to go to another branch. I understand your helping another customer, but communicate that to me instead of giving me eye contact with no words. Essentially they refused me service. I left out the front door and immediately returned to speak to someone about my complaint. The manger Ms. Maylar pops from some other room and says you have to make an appointment. She let me know they have signs everywhere about making appointments. I say to her "for a notarization?" She finally relents and says I can notarize the document. She did notarize the document, but was politely rude. I was denied service and felt extremely marginalized. I believe I am not the first and will be contacting counsel and filing a formal complaint. I am not going away!! Right is Right!!

Gone to bank for a small issue, was supposed to get a call back. No one ever called. Spoke to customer service they are keep referring back to the branch. One of the worst banks I have dealt with so far as a customer.

Drive thru isn’t open — ridiculously long lines inside. Nobody seems to care at all, everyone’s just taking their sweet time. Frustrating.

I called this branch beforehand, as I wanted to deposit cash into my account. They said that they were open, and there would be no issue.When I arrived, I went to the main entrance to deposit money in the "indoor" ATM. It was a relatively large amount, and my vehicle does not reach the drive-thru easily at all, so the drive-thru was not an option for me.When I got to the main entrance of the building, there was no chip reader to allows access to the indoor ATM for Wells Fargo customers with their debit card (AKA the safest ATM for any banks costumers). It was literally ripped off the entrance, with all the wires exposed. There was literally was no way to access the indoor ATM.Again, I was carrying a large amount of cash, and other customers were starting to accumulate behind me, sharing the same sentiment. A representative came to the partition and screamed that they were closed, and to use the drive thru only.When I told him I called in advance (to make sure before carrying a large amount of cash on my person), he repeated that they we closed, and shrugged at me. When I got back into my car and called the same branch from the parking lot, they claimed that they were open.It's completely unprofessional, and actually pretty alarming towards my own personal security. Luckily I went during local business hours, but again, the indoor ATM is supposed to be safe. There was no way of Wells Fargo customers to enter the indoor ATM safely. Had I gone after normal business hours, and attempted to figure out what happened with the card reader that allows access, something bad could have happened to me, or any other customer.

Need better communication with their customers. Bank branch was closed due to virus but was listed as operating on Google.
